ismaelg
The Monogram '53 Corvette has the Blue flame six 235 (3 carbs) with 2 optional air cleaner assemblies: the 3 bullet style of '53 and the 2 round element used later in '54 (at least earlier releases: not sure about most recent ones) This is the '54 I built a gazillion years ago. Mr. Metallic
By far the best straight six is in the Galaxie ltd 46-48 Chevy kits. http://public.fotki.com/crstan/galaxie_ltd_46-48/ There are lots of Chevy 6's out there, depending on what era you want. The AMT Chevies from '37, '51, 53 Vette, '60 pickup come to mind. From R/M how about their '41 chevy pickup, '53 Vette, '53 Sedan. Trumpeters '63 Novas have them. There are surely many more out there, but those are the ones that spring to mind. W-Machine
That Galaxie Chevrolet six is one of the best 1:25 scale engine of any type! Their '46-'48 Chevy kits are excellent.

Guest roadkill2525
I prefer the Mopar Slant-6, the Deora kits from AMT have a ok one and Ross Gibson has a stock 225ci and one with custom intake and manifold.
62rebel
if you can scare one up, the amc pacers AMT did came with excellent six cyl engines and torqueflite 904 tranny. i "faked" a '65 mustang 200 by turning the amc engine backwards; attach the timing cover etc where the bellhousing was and vice-versa. not entirely accurate since the ford had integral intake but when you got nothing else.... Ranchwagon
Norm Veber at R & M has a resin small Ford six from the Johan Maverick and Comet kits (144, 170, 200, and 250) which is excellent. Perry's may also do the same engine. The Lindberg Dodge 330 (I think) and one of the Plymouths have a great slant six engine. One comes with the 3spd manual and the other has an automatic. MikeBoyle
There's a I-6 in the '50 Chevy P.U. kit. (this one is slightly modified) There is also a Mopar "leaning tower of power" in the Lindberg Dodge 330. (again this one is slightly modified)

USAC_1957
The Deora kit, which was re-released fairly recently, has a slant-6 Mopar. Found one at Big Lots for $5 not long ago...
