TarheelRick Posted February 21, 2021 Posted February 21, 2021 Glad someone brought this one back up. It is an excellent tutorial and something this 72 year old modeler may have to try. That aluminum "jig" looks familiar, what is it from?
Rick L Posted February 21, 2021 Posted February 21, 2021 Very nice work. Thank you for this tutorial.

Expand It looks like an aluminum heat-sink from some old defunct piece of audio equipment.

OldNYJim Posted February 22, 2021 Posted February 22, 2021 What does that have to do with making distributors? ?? Anyhoo - cool tutorial at the top of this thread, glad this got a bump! I'd be tempted to resin cast that entire 'extrusion' and just keep casting and slicing to make future copies (or, indeed, cast the little version with the holes in)
