I didn't want to put much time into this one , just removed off the bottom of the hood. I sunk and ground the spring real thin , would have used the axle from the Beer Wagon or Garbage Truck if it wasn't box stock . I put one under the 48 I built , it works great.

With some work it would be pretty nice . I built it out of box for a group build. I forgot about the hood , I took a lot off the front of the hood to get rid of that.

Thank David.. It's not really that bad of a kit , I built it out of box . The interior panels and glass seam real think when everything it together.. The suspension is not the greatest, I lowered the front end over an eighth inch , the most I could without swapping parts . The radius rods are right next to the tires, they would not be able to steer . The rear suspension is made to let the exhaust fit. I think the fuel injection looks funny. And I don't think the firewall and inner fenders will fit without adding to them or moving the floor up, I built the Revell 48 Woody , it goes together slot better.

Very nice , the drop axle from the Beer Wagon or The Garbage truck work really well on the car chassis.

Number two for 2020. All brush painted , Built out of box, if I ever build this kit again I'll only use the body . Didn't really care for this kit.

Picked up my VW convertible kit today. Maybe I can get started this weekend.

The Revell of Germany VW convertible is out of production, wasn't sure if I was going to find one. Have one waiting for me to pick up this weekend. Going to start figuring out if I can use the bumpers and other pieces from the Polar Light kit , then figure out with end to put the engine.

Ok, going to change up what I'm building. I was able to find the kit I needed to do what I originally had planned to do. Going to get it next weekend. Going with the other car in Up In Smoke.

That's funny I was looking at the other day. I used a Monaco roof on my Cuda 4 door body. also working on this Diplomat.
