    Thanks Jeff. That was the easy part ,it was mostly the nose ,the only thing that I hadn't messed with that didn't want to cooperate. There is a lot of epoxy holding it on.

    Very cool Eric, not sure if this will help ,but if you rip the BMF instead of cutting it with a blade ,it will help hide the seams.
