need to hand paint the fender flares black, clear cote over the decals...... and start fabricating the van roll cage and start on the engine/ chassis

Brown "dually van" will need some sanding to try and flatten out the paint surface to try one more time to achieve a "smooth" paint-job, I ended up with some wrinkles and you can see some of the old paint as well..... the brown is very suiting though i have some decals on the way to test out and see what i can come up with for this wicked van also painted the slider door just in case i end up not liking the swing out side by side doors.....

very clean, my dad owned a old rusty blue 1:1 back in the day cool trucks very reliable old thing!!

awsome!! by the way my "crummy" rattle can of rustoleum "matte" black is the best can of it i've had thus far!! i would go with matte black Tried flat black once on my 1:1 85 gt did not look right at all........

I think 2013 or maybe its this year 2014 is the last year for the ford econoline van...... I rarely see 4x4 vans down here, but when you do see them its sooooo cool Very nice work on your chevy!!

Super awsome kit I wonder if it will ever come down in price from 70$ so i can afford one, very nice buildup put a front window in a red one of these 1:1 scale just recently!! Irony

wow man Incredible build, even more incredible story!! makes me want to move away from the townhome i'm in, we have stairs!! If it makes you feel any better I have fallen twice within the last 2 weeks!! 2 weeks ago there was a sudden rain spell from nowhere whilst i was replaceing glass in a dodge Ram Dually I was walking around the side of my van to go get in and drive down the hil to where i moved the truck to and WHOOP down I went very painfull and very muddy! still finished the day out....... then last week I was using a tree for shade, and naturally guess the tree wanted to see a glass technician fall and jutted up one of its roots!! lol down I went bouncing off the side of the little security smart car lookin thing next to where i was working! i felt silly probly far less pain then what you've got Get better, build more models!!

Typical modern america Reasons..... warner Brothers mite sue because they?? have the rights to dukes of hazzard and anything related? or the fact that now days society has to be politically correct and lots of people find the rebel flag offensive ( although here in south mississippi and alabama its a stapel) people down here fly that flag on their trucks have the flag pinned up inside their p/u trucks for a headliner..... etc. I say who cares its a flag there have been many flags throughout history! I have not got a repop of the general lee kits do they still include the rebel flag decal?

Make that now (2) recalls! just got a letter in the mail today stating that now my Electric power steering motor needs replacement!! well it does make sense every so often when i crank the car the message center dings and "power steering" displays the electric motor quits and sends me to manual mode it was always fixxed by turning the car off and starting it again, I guess i'm getting that problem fixxed/ remedied for free now too on my 10 yr old car !!

I have no problems with my saturn forsay just typical stuff that needed replacement, I love how I watched A Certified Dealership scratch their heads and 3 (what were supposed to be mechanics) scratched their heads and stared under my hood lookin like monkeys humpin hyena's 30 minutes later only to come back and tell me they could not change the oil on my supercharged car because they would have to remove things and the supercharger, I Told him and his service guys they were a bunch of idiots then! Needless to say I had to change my own oil !! I will from now on too!! all that had to be done was remove (2) 10 mm screws that held a waterneck, to move it out of the way to gain access to get under the eaton supercharger to change the cartridge oil filter. Did i also mention the people at the service counter kept stalling my standard shift saturn the guy had to have me pull the car around know exactly what your talking about with big hands in tight spaces

my saturn Redline Ion is now ten years old and now recalled!! still waiting on the call my parts came in!!..... I already took in the wifes 08' chevy cobalt to ha ve her ignition switch changed they must be getting fast at it i don't think we were there an hour at the dealership for her car....

I will have to shorten them up a bit i dunno what kit those decals belong to , but they will look awsome on the van make a mural sides

very cool i've got a thread around here somewhere gathering dust, i'm grafting a rear section of mustang chassis to the sho chassis to convert mine into a rwd monster with a 4,6 mod motor!!

its a testors runn off kit mostly plastic parts, small T body is metal ( I shined er up a bit with a rag and small bit of polish) anywhere where there were screws visable like the engine, i filled the area with filler and sanded smoothe, painted mostly black parts on trees how i wanted them end results were very satisfying! The Directions say 29' model "T" bobtail......?? whatever that means i'm with ya'll who makes up all this stuff and mass produces it??

thanks danno i need to get some dullcote i need to dull down the shine on some of my many trx ford rims may give that tire trick a try on for size...... The wheel may Be m.i.a. its a removable style nascar steering !! wheel didn't you know that ?? lol it probly fell off before my photo shoot i use as little a s possible glue on small parts like that in case i change my mind later on......
