  2. looks like something you would find at "Dennis Andersons " muddy motorsports park in currituck north carolina right down the road from "Grave Diggers" Dungeon their monster truck home/ garage
  3. awsome man that used to be what my drivway in n.c. looked like rebuilding my 85 gt had all the parts laid out on the lawn like one great big model kit !! great job!! so jelous i can only play with the little plastic cars now, gave up my 1:1's for my family now 3 yr old girl and another on the way!!
  4. very cool puts my build to shame!! i used hot glue for the main assembly of walls on mine as like you mention they are very fineky to fit em together.......
  5. didn't know they made a 83 turbo cobra i know there was a kit kitted as the 83 gt came with 2.3 turbo and v-8 mpc kits, revell kit?
  6. depends upon what type of project you got....... i think most of my stuff is acconted for and i don't really have much spare I try to swap between kits and keep everything used so as not to have too many incomplete kits lying about......
  7. very cool indeed! i never knew revell/ monogram had a solid 1 pc body bronco without removable top i've only known of the version with the removable hardtop that can be glued one or left off....... does this one pc body sort of resemble some older snap style kit tooling?
  8. I like the blue thing, the yellow vette looks useful too what sorts of things do you look for trade wise
  9. I say very nice one clean ford! for whatever reason i don't mind those stepsides most other stepsides i cannot stomach! love these fords though

  13. nice work
  14. its all the more motivation too to make a 85/ 86 gt since one was never kitted for whatever reason........ my current 1:1 saturn has never and probly never will have a model kit of it made so therefore the mustang rules! I do have others besides foxes I do like others besides foxes but they are probly my favorite
  15. They are a true addiction! after owning a 85 and 86 gt 5 .0 5 speeds i'm hooked for life! right now its styrene for the time being untill my little ones grow older and move on i guess
  16. thanks Roy I did clearcote the decal sheet even tho it looked to be in pretty good shape thatwas awile back so the clear is plenty dry It is a great technique seems to work out like you say!
  17. heres the "black" cobra stuck on using the orange cobra or the yellow full striping on the body if the decals cooperate would look very sharp yellow on black? other one 83 gt will probly go with the silver decals will most likely use the "gt" badges that are black on my 85/ 86 projects..... 83 body has the 87 ground effects and gt spoiler.....
  18. unfortunately i am out of purple paint and i think i'm going to have to strip and start over?? or go with a black spoiler? i cut out the "sail" panels on this body to use for my 85 gt projects one of the compound lights is in place to show the "look" i'm going for used the 87 spoiler and ground effects looks pretty cool i think
