  1. Michael is right. My apologies. Jesse C.
  2. You know that car in the Garlits Museum is a flat nose car that was updated with a slant nose, right?
  3. I just picked this one up and I am happy to see how nice it can be done! Nice job!
  4. Oh my, it looks so coo! Very nice job making that goofy kit looks good!
  5. I remember buying a kit, an F-14 Tomcat to be exact, at my local hobby shop when I was a kid and I noticed the price was a bit more than usual. i asked the owner why and he said Oil. This was during the gas crunch of 1979. He said that it should drop again, but, don't expect kit prices to drop. He said the model companies weren't going to sell them any cheaper to him. Thus, i learned about model economics right there and then! It would be nice, but it is not going to happen
  6. Actually, the 8 Port Crower Injector is correct for this car.
  7. Looking very nice! This has to be one of my all time favorite kits! Not the most accurate or complex one, but just fun!
  8. And of course, there is the Clare Sanders driven version
  9. I have owned some thing from each brand and I ended up a Nissan Man. Go figure!
  10. Very nice! And I think that anyone that is going to buy it and build it will most likely have the skills necessary to fix a seam. Or I hope they do!
  11. Once again, mind blown! The bar is re-set again!
  12. I just use masking tape and paint it black with a marker. And the kit is actually for the first Galloping Ghost, as the second one is a much longer wheelbase. Just FYI
  13. That is just nice! I need to get one done this year
  14. Very cool! Very cool indeed! Definitely different and that makes it even better. Great workmanship on the fab work.
  15. Nice! I miss the Cal Bug days!
  16. That is wacky cool! Wish they would also bring this one back. Nice save!!
  17. Is this from the Liberace episode?
  18. There is a pretty good review the kit here
  19. 1969 Boss 429 1970 Boss 429
  20. Just get some thin plastic sheet and some scissors, that is how I made mine. Just eyeball them to what you need.
  21. Thanks Skip! It just baffles me that some folks assume someone is creative only because they have a substance abuse problem. Maybe hit up a museum once in a while and get the idea of the creative process. Sure, I would assume some used drugs to help out, but not all of them.
