I have slowed down a bit on buying stuff. I have too much as it is and I am not building a thing. I need to build before I can buy or will have to get a bigger storage room!

Thank you! Well, one is to use Irish Spring soap slivers and spread them around, makes it smell nice! Another is to use cedar chips, also smells nice, but hard to find around here for some reason, and then we have Moth Balls, and those smell way too funky! I could also get a pest control company to come in and gas them. Humidity is the issue and with all the rain we are getting, these things are probably going to explode.

Get some scale valve stems and just drill on into the wheel. The wire can be made using thin gauge wire and coiling it by wrapping it around a needle or pin.
