I really wish they would tool at least one new body for this kit. Like a 'Cuda, Mustang or Camaro. I know, it would not be cheap and they are operating on a shoestring budget. -

So, they updated the cab area a bit, eh? -

That Milner kit was just a rehashed Switchers kit. Not even close. Same with the Dragster, it was just a Ramchargers rail with a new body.

I am a bit surprised that none of the 3D folks have scanned the car and made a kit out of it, or at least the pieces to make one. But if they have, I have yet to see it.

How to Smartly Aquire Vintage Kits?
Daddyfink replied to Falcon Ranchero's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Networking at Kit Shows and Model Clubs helps. There folks who have tons of stuff, and like me, bought a lot of it due to deals and are willing to let stuff go. I have found stuff I was looking for and had stuff someone else wanted more than me. And on, on the sad side, there are those moments when collections need to be cleared out. Shopping at thrift and antique stores is very hit and miss, and most yard sales have gone the way of the Dodo bird. -

Bubble from Tamiya spray usually indicate too much paint being laid down. Light coats and one final wet one usually works best. And yes, a white base would have worked best.

What type of resin are you looking for?

So, how about we start a thread for just videos? I think I tried this some time ago, but like everything else, it got lost in the shiny new stuff. So here it goes again. Rules are simple. Post cool car or model related stuff. That's it! So here is the first one, and it is not really a car deal, but, it is a modeling video. Enjoy and Merry Christmas!

Anything that was new by Revell in 2024! LOL!

For some reason, some Walmarts have chosen to put them in the Crafts Aisle! Yes, with all the sewing and knitting stuff! That is how I discovered them by accident one time. I told the crafts lady that they should be in toys and she told me that they are classified as crafts! So check the end caps by the Crafts area. You never know what you will find.
