  1. It was a real deal!
  2. Sadly, not great sellers, at least on the secondary market. I could not give them away at a kit show! Some of the older stuff goes, but the newish types doesn't move.
  3. Today, as I dug around my model kits I noticed something that kept repeating, and that was how many kits have Miller Beer on them! Here are some, if not all of them. What other brands have this many kits branded with their products? Coors, maybe?
  4. My LHS finally was able to get some more Tamiya Z kits and they where nice enough to save one for me! They flew out the door again! The White Z Aoshima kit came via Amazon.
  5. It is a glue kit, but a very simple one and it is in 1/12th scale. The likeness of the Fonz is pretty goofy, but hey, it was the FONZ! I have one in my stash that Henry Winkler signed for me at the Grand National Roadster Show. https://www.scalemates.com/kits/mpc-1-0634-fonz-and-his-bike--1223662
  6. Yup, and here is the story...
  7. It was basically a Torque Converter, fluid coupler, instead of a clutch. So it will look like a standard clutch bellhousing.
  8. Images of the car, or the driveline? Try looking up Prudhomme B&M Torkmaster Dragster
  9. I just can not find my HUG kits!! So here is the next best thing, the HPI Guy build video. It clearly shows the valve covers and cylinder heads, and they are definitely for a 426 Hemi! But once again, the mag is in the wrong place!!
  10. I will take a look at my HUG kit, but I am pretty sure it has the knock off M/T style valve covers. The kit was supposed to be the Plymouth Dealers car, but by the time they got it ready, the car was gone and the body had been updated to a 66, thus the HUG was born in kit form.
  11. The HUG has a 426, but the mag is in the wrong spot! A simple fix.
  12. Nice build! Thanks for reminding me I have this in my stash! Also, wish someone would make a trans kit for it.
  13. Grabbed some decals and their decal solution. Not much of a Photo Etch guy, but it looks tempting. Get it while it is available!
  14. I hope they bring it back in Parts Pack form as well, as I do not need another '29 Pickup!
  15. I think it should, they look about the same size bikes.
  16. Sorry, Wallet. It is time to take that hit! LOL!
  17. Oh absolutely! They clamor for vintage kits to be brought back, and then they come back and the griping begins on how old they are! LOL! Be happy they brought stuff back we though we would never see again! Be a modeler and make it work!
  18. Wow, I just did a quick overview of this thread and just realized how many of our Rare kits have come back or are coming back! And in some cases, we have new tooling for them! This is truly a Golden Age of Modeling!
  19. From what I have heard, it should be both. And given their track record with kits, I would not be that surprised.
  20. Apparently it is coming! But everyone is more excited about the Dodge Widebody. Lame.
  21. Sorry, just having fun ?
