  1. I had an 85 ford F250 just like that... Except for the fast and cool sounds, other than that though, JUST LIKE THAT!
  2. I don't mind sharing with people, but my room is slowly turning into a storage area!
  3. Vac formed??? You sir, are a braver man than me! I've never done one, they just never did anything for me. Make sure you post some pics of that monster when you get it done.
  4. Man those bumpers look like they are straight out of a junkyard! Great work!
  5. I live in Indiana so shipping won't be a problem, however that thing about screwing you over is a big problem. I think I'll just try to make my own, maybe I can adapt some from a late 60's Shelby?
  6. Which variant is it? It would be awesome if it was a "G". Put some wild weasel decals on it and strap on some Harms, it would look killer!
  7. I would like about a 20x20 room, a 32" plasma tv, and a couple nice, glass shelved curio cabinets to display my nicer builds and lots of shelf space for the rest. I would also like a couch so the wife and kid can come hang out and watch tv. A nice sized closet would be nice for kit storage.
  8. Thanks Brizio and Jim. George, I know my 32nd scale phantom is almost 24", I bet a 24th scale is upwards of 3'!!! My hobby room isn't big enough to build that thing, my 32nd scale Tomcat barely fits on my shelves.
  9. Sometimes, none, if I can get a Saturday when the kid isn't home and the wife's working I try to make up for it!

Ah, thank you. "The real problem is all that power. Exiting turns with 750 horsepower underfoot is no easy feat; you either get it right or Sweet Jesus wrong." Now that's funny!

That Shelby sure is pretty! Nice work!
  12. That's crazy, the calipers have seperate pads?!?! All you need now is some scale brake fluid and that sucker would stop on a dime!
  13. Looks like it will be fun! I would love to build a layout, but I don't really have the room and the wife said its either models or the railroad... I did have one when I was a kid, I loved that thing!
  14. Yes, I know Harry... Dusting isn't my strong point. I try to dust my builds, but I usually don't make it to the shelves. Some of these pics are pretty old to, sO I probably dusted them once since then... Yes terry, it's the tamiya kit. I custom mixed the yellow to match the pics of the real jet better and used TwoBobs decals and Edaurd PE for the IP. The kit doesn't have any gauge detail, which I found pretty disappointing considering the high level of detail everywhere else on it.
  15. Wow, just wow. Beautiful viper! I've got one sitting in the box, hopefully it turns out half as good as this one!
  16. That's pretty awesome! Will there be a switch to turn off just the headlights and leave the parking lights on? That would be cool.
  17. Welcome. That's a great looking build. I think the only problem with it is nobody would haul an Enzo Ferrari on an open trailer
