  1. Well I have just come out of the paint shop after repriming the body and bed . The bed is fine but the cab still needs some more work . Mainly around the door frames . Its not much but it will be a pain to get right as I have to get the door gaps scribed strait . One side is a bit wonky
  2. I had one of those sets of drill bits and I know what your saying its not clear how to open the box . I was even more disappointed to find that the drill bits are all blunt and they snap as soon as you start drilling . Nice colour BTW I look forward to more progress
  3. Yeah Mark I didn't know the Aspen was never made. IF I can gat a Volare I can change it to an Aspen. The Aspen was the first American car I ever drove. It was a 318ci car with straight through pipes . It was very loud and quick.
  4. Thanks John still some finishing to get it just right then its off to paint .
  5. Looking good Tom IMO white for the interior . It would tie in well with the side stripe
  6. I'm missing the tail gate Dodge decal but as it will be an Ex forestry/farm truck I doubt it would of had that decal on there anyway I have to put the rear facing wing window in yet. I'm still trying to find some square rod for that If you want I could send you a grill if your after a 78 ? Send me a PM if you want
  7. Thanks guys they look perfect . I will check them out
  8. Yeah its taken 2 years for me to find a long bed . If the cuts are good on the doors then the only major body work is the roof and B pillers
  9. Thanks Mark the roof was a pain to get flat . I'm sure there will be some final finishing once its primed .
  10. After a few hours sanding refilling and more sanding the roof is done . Also I have added a new drip rail with plastic rod. Hopefully I should be able to get it reprimed tomorrow if its not to cold. Let me know what you think
