that is awsome !! love the lines / looks .. i would suggest not to do any stuff on the bottom side , like the viper side exhaust or anything like a side skirt idea .. imo it looks fine like this at the bottom !!

went on with the mailbox , put it on a real wooden pole with red-isch stain with a wash of dark brown oil paint , washed the box itself and painted the flag red , hand written nr 20 on the box some scale idea's for fun

haha way cool , you know the other box from italeri ? the bugatti ? i made a rat of that one one problem and i think the merc might have the same they are big cars at least the bugatti was hudge irl , trhe merc is also a fairly big car , so when using such a kit to build a rod they tend to end up being a larger scale then 1/24 at least thats what i ended up with .. my guess is mine was about 1/16 as a hotrod in the end and i could use 1/18 scale tyres but man this looks great already and i'm a bog fan of builds like this i used this one > i ended up with this love your dually's in the back and also the front wheels . curious on the rest !!

made a start with styrene , now you guys can help to look if the scale is a bit right .. to be hounest i just did it on feel without the dio on the table ... i'm not familiair with those mailboxes i just though of how big a letter would be in sclae and kind of ... on one pic i put it on a small pole next to the pump as comparison and one in the grass nbext to the wreck .. now that one is a bit tricky because when it sits on a pole it looks a bit different there . less small i think

people needed to know i was open for buisness .. so i made a sign now this portable sign works well with the garage sign .. that made me think i need to redo the big texaco sign and at least do the gasoline lettering in the same red as the rest ! the sign did its job , suddenly we where busy wide vieuw of the whole .... i got a nother great idea a sign on the bottom side of the advertising pole with gassprices !!

whell to start with you are one of my favorite builders , loved all your previous projects .. but this .. whow sitting here mindblown , it cant get any better then this .. its so insanely cool and whell build .... its just perfect .. absolutly love this !!! whow .....

no not really the style for me was the 1930's .. not meaning it is the 1930's in this dio but build in .. did a lot of research and back in the 30's they had a lot of different styles and this shoudl fit in pretty well.

whell quick enough ?? went online after the previous post and looked for a old plate (texas plate) rescaled it in photoshop and printed it , glued it over and gave it some matte varnish .. actually i dont need to so a thing to it it just looks perfect.. i might make some more and put some on the fence thnx again brad !! very helpfull i would not have known that

aaah i see . whell thats me not knowing those plates , lol it was a decal from a carkit .. i figured it looked right lol so yes whell then i will google for some 1930's plates and glue that over this one ! thnx thats a good call haha
