started the wooden fencing today chose to make the grass strip smaller , and later i will make a gravel path at the gate in the fence .. the pole will get a large round texaco sign .. i will make the grass less green with paints the edge will become like concrete , all is just placed loosly

whell first of all better pictures in this update , second i completly did the concrete floor over , started from scratch with paint , i needed to extend the squares to the garage part .. it was not easy and at one point i thought i ruined the floor .. in the end the tones and looks came out better then before.. used some bondo then light grey , some mixed juices .... the grass is just loose and a test , i want to build a wooden fence from the side of the garage around the corner ll the way along the left side , then add a tree , bushes and place the ford in the corner with some more car parts around it .. the ford isnt done completly will get some more work just one shot in front of the window looking into the garden , later on i want to find the right location and take the dio out there for some real nice outdoor pictures

whell i dont have to order yet i was picking up a container and the guy asked if i wanted a cup of coffee , so they had wooden stirers and i started small talk about the fact i just looked up those stirers to buy them for modelbuilding , when the guy said whell take this bag full of .. i recon its about 1000 pieces .... i said are you sure ?? yeah we have loads more he said .. so for now i'm stocked .. when i run out i wil def/ order 10.000 so in the coming years i wont have to worry about running out haha and walter > thats what this hobby is about right ? being enthousiastic about other builders work and idea's , get inspired by others and share your own idea's to inspire others at least thats what this particualair forum did for me , in the short time i'm here i noticed i got so much inspiration from the awsome stuff i see .. lets say its a classic case of monkey see monkey do

made a lock from styrene , went for like a nice big lock .. always loved those old big locks ... made the doorhandles from brass , brass tubes with flared ends in the holes with handles bend from brass tube tow service ? hmm my current tudor project didnt get much attention now i'm doing this dio , so i pushed it to the garage

and at the rest > thnx a lot oh and tom always was in english .. they had special export bottles but .. these are the ones with the twist cap and a tad smaller then a regulair bottle .. i dont know why but i like these bottles most lol

thnx !! and yes i will work on that the doors are not fixed yet just sitting loose they will also sit up a bit more so they run free of the ground .. still need to make hinges , a lock and also i have this ford service sign that would look awsome on the door i designed a sign in photoshop , wanted to use the richrods name .... just fitted it and gave it one coat of matt varnish scale idea and my desrt after building lol

whell on this picture you can see the shingles are flattened now after the glue dryed gave the door a bit more age and sanded the edges , then painted it light brown all over and with a cloth wiped it off this gave the whole piece a new shade of brown without being painted .. then washed the door all over with dark brown oil paint and that created depth .. made a small chain , need to make a lock that hangs on the chain .. above the door i will make a sign with the garage name and the word service

thnx guys and jeroen , whell tbh i only used the roof the rest is all wood and plastic .. but that roof did gave me a lot of inspiration btw do you have dutch roots jeroen ? jeroen is such a particulair dutch name lol
