  2. Whow just awsome ! Love it
  3. and almost done , i need to ad some details like a brush , some metal filings (scraps) , tools and some other small stuff added a green on and red off switch on the control panel , and a emergency stop .. i want to thank randy d for the inspiration i got inspiration from him but tried to make it into my own design .. washed the metal with chrome so its lights up more when light hits it
  4. added a light , clamp , and some other stuff .. then painted it base green , now i need to ad the other colors and chrome and steel
  5. nice job !! looks great
  6. added more detail , need to make some levers under the control panel and make the clamp in the rotating disc
  7. some progress , the gold colored rod is a gitar snare and looks like thread , need to make it straight though
  8. did some more work will ad a lot more detail from here on
  9. awsome start same kit i did (looks like it)
  10. ooh yes thats awsome already loving the chop and ride hight .. one thing would really make this one perfect and that is if you shorten the wood body in lenght at the rear. so what i mean is drasticly reduce the overhang at the back .. that would look so good proportion wise ~~~!
  11. awsome job , looking forward to the rest of this build
  12. thats cool never thought of that
  13. omg thnx for the link thats just plain awsome , when i saw the moving traffic i went whooowww
  14. gluid it together and then some bondo , some styrene and some sanding later the rough base is done now all the details need to be done
  15. thnx !! there are so many different styles of mills so i just went on and changed something around ... this is all the lego i will use now its glui-ing it together and make plates of styrene around it version 2
  16. thats real cool ! awsome job btw delete the second topic , you made 2 of the same
  17. yesterday i made a support above the door , there will also be added some standing briks there also worked on the welder and made it on a roller with the gass cilinders beside i will convert this one to a tig welder needs a handle to push and some chains to hold the gas cilinders and i took randy d's idea of using lego's as a base for the mill , hope he (you) dont mind ? his mill is just plain insane and so realistic i hope that mine will be half as good hahaha the lego base
  18. nice start !! , i still wonder a one stair thing with handrails would probl. look better especially seen the size of the garage its not real high up considering the size of the door ... just thinking
  19. finshed the walls imo it makes everything more tied together and as one .. had to kep the 2 struts it was to mucht tearing of stuff to redo those 2 pieces of wall so thats a compromise.. i did redo them so they run in front of the plates also redid the base of the rolling parts table it was of sclae and way to low (1st mistake in the dio)
  20. heheh thnx guys and well i have as much fun building cars just in the dio fase atm lol well started a new item yesterday made the lower peice of the wall like the left and right side with plating , needs painting but its on , now i need to get rid of teh other struts as well
  21. after the previous post i went to the table and made a new wall piece at the door and put the back back ... could not remove the strut due to glue and paint , so new a wall cover did the trick then removed the mesh on the glass , looked cool but the light didnt come true the windows as nce as without the mesh
  22. i hoped somebody would think lol finished the door , but now realise when writing this update.. i need to remove the strut there now
  23. ooooeeeepppppsssss hole in the wall still needed a door in the garage , wanted to also incorporate real see trhough windows and take advantage of natural lighting.. already the floor gets great light effects from the door i made .. it was tricky to drill and use a powersaw but it went well made it like fitting to the building , bigger industrial looking door added strips because of the glass making the door sit further from the wall and light coming through , the light only needs to come in trough the windows so i did it this way
