  1. That goes double for me....Not sure how this one slipped by....Great job on this one, John....Hope you're doing ok....Haven't seen anything from you in a while.....Awesome job....I don't do 1/32 scalers very often, but there are some pretty cool offerings out there....This is one of the coolest I've seen....
  2. Oh, yeah....Now that's how you do a wrecker....Beautiful job on the stretch.....The sleeper looks awesome on there....Amazing how 1/24 and 1/25 can go together if you set it up right....And this one is set up RIGHT !!!!!! Beautiful, Man....Just Beautiful...I need to get me one of these things.....Don't know why I haven't gotten one, yet....
  3. Hey, thanks, Guys.....These trailers are always a fun build.....They go together quickly....Not much toil at all.... And, Yep....Comes with the same rolling stock as all the other Moebius offerings....
  4. That maroon and white FL is looking mighty fine, Ken....Just beautiful....
  5. Oh, yeah....This is gonna win, for sure.....To quote the Mcdonald's slogan...."I'm lovin' it".....
  6. That is some seriously nice work, Man....You've got this model building thing down pat....
  7. Stripes look pretty good....Just gotta hit them corners with a little thinner to get rid of that excess paint and you got it.....Very nice....
  8. Base paint slapped on....Now the waiting begins.....I'd imagine I can mask this off and finish it up come Thursday....Contest is Saturday, so I may get to blow drying or something.....That's right, Dan....You'll definitely, see this one, there....
  9. And now....On with the assembly....Everything went as the other one, as far as putting a box, together....The good thing, here, is that it doesn't matter which side you use for the left or the right....As long as the heavily riveted portions are to the front....There IS a top and bottom for the sides in that other model....Not so on this one.... Now, I did have some trouble with the top of the LH side as it caved in on me when I picked it up for inspection....I ended up drilling a hole and shoving a stick to force the side back into its proper location and regluing it.....I'll fix the hole, later....
  10. Assembly has finally started.....I can't say enough good things about the quality of Moebius's models.....I, literally, opened the packages that the sides, top, and bottom came in and started assembling.....No REAL cleanup was necessary....This is exactly what they looked like out of the box....I did have to cut the front and rear from some sprue, but no big whoop, there..... It even comes with a little strap and new latching mechanism....And, now with the door option....I can't wait to see what I can scratch build with the other one....I probably won't use the strap provided....A piece of tape or something will work better, for that... Only a few things different than the original issue....This is one of them.....You have to cut out the notches for the new reinforcement railings.....
  11. Man, I've seen your stuff, KJ...Whatever you decide to do will be awesome, I'm sure.....I know I'm going to add skirts, but everything else will be box stock.....I haven't even put anything together, yet and I'm in love with it, already.... And I, totally, have to get a set of your singles.....
  12. Man, this baby is looking good....Great resto job.....I'm liking the black....
  13. Those are pretty sweet looking, Charles....I really like that Dodge you got mixed in there....Great job....
  14. Oh, yeah....That thing looks great.....All those Camaros make it look just too cool..... Oh, and Man....That guy you got by the trailer gets around....I saw him lurking around my DR just this morning....LOL
  15. No, actually, this is for another tractor....I'm still working on the Volvo, though....I've got something else planned for that one..... Hope those "Smoothies" are still there when you get there.....Hey, that's sounds good...I gotta change the title....
  16. Figured I'd do a thread on this one..... Pretty cool setup as the original, but with a few omissions and extras..... Let's start with the omissions.... Very little decal options....(That's it) And the plusses..... You get a choice of rear door options.....(I really like that, as I can use whichever one I don't use to scratch build a trailer or two) Front and rear doors are no longer plated.....(I found this to be a bit on the overkill side with the other one) Box art is beautiful with that orange..... The only thing I think that would have made this kit better is the addition of some trailer skirts...... I'll get to building sometime, this week.....
  17. This thing is just flat out awesome.....Great job....
  18. This thing looks better and better.....Pipes are gonna look good either way.....Very nice work....
  19. Now, that's pretty wild....Love the purple paint job....Flames are terrific....
  20. Man, that looks GREAT....I really like what you did with the whole model....The crane, the bed, the cab......All of it awesome....Great weathering....Just beautiful....
  21. That sounds pretty cool....Hope you can get a shot or two of them......You see a lot of cool looking trucks out there, Man....Keep those pics coming.....
  22. That looks pretty cool....Very natural looking wear and tear treatment....I like this one....
