  1. Thanks so much guys.
  2. Nice build. I like the triple green treatment.
  3. Very nice!
  4. I'd say you won the fight too, that looks fabulous!
  5. Thanks a lot guys, I appreciate it. It's been cool to read the stories about your real world experiences with these Camaros, thanks for sharing them. When I was a kid one of the neighbors had one in blue too, I loved it. I'd have to say it was one of the first cars that started to turn me into a gearhead.
  6. I agree with what Foxer and Snake said. The Model Master/Testors lacquers are not nearly as hot as other brands. I've shot them over enamels many times with no issues. It's always safer to test it out on a spoon first though.
  7. Slick build. I might have to pick up a set of those decals if they still have them.
  8. Pure awesomeness! What an outstanding build Tyrone!
  9. Well done, and that paint is gorgeous!
  10. I finished this one up last week, my second completion of 2015. It's the Revell Streetburner release, a pretty basic kit but builds into a good looking shelfer. It's not my best build, but I'm happy with it. I'm not a big fan of t-tops on these Camaro's (but I do like them on the Firebirds, don't ask me why I don't know lol ) so I broke out the spot putty and got to work filling in the seams. Colors are Model Master Nassau Blue Met. with Duplicolor Light Blue Metallic for the interior. Tire lettering is Fireball Modelworks decals, and I used some aluminum tubing for the exhaust tips. I just realized I forgot to get some silver paint onto the lugnuts, so I'll address that tonight. Thanks for looking and any comments good or bad.
  11. Spring......what's that? I woke up to -24 this morning.
  12. Looks real sharp. I'd be proud of it too, along with the 1:1!
  13. I don't remember seeing this one in the past, another super clean build. I like the silver & white combo.
  14. John, that paint is amazing. Real sharp build.
  15. Another nice, clean build Carl! You don't see these built too often. I gotta agree with the others, that quad is a perfect size and looks great in the bed. I own a Ranger too (daily driver), a 2002 extended cab 4x4 that I've racked up nearly 130,000 miles on (157,000 total on truck) with very little problems. They are/were great little trucks.
  16. Trucks like this are a common site up here in Wisconsin too, they love to cake the roads in salt. Your weathering looks spot on, very well done.
  17. Fantastic build, that interior looks real.
  18. That's nice, I'm diggin' the powerplant.
  19. Sharp looking build Carl, your paint is always an inspiration and this one is no different. Glad you are still able to crank out such nice builds! Take care my friend!
  20. Wow, that is beautiful!
  21. Sammy Kershaw Black Sunshine, by White Zombie
  22. Very sharp build Smelly! Love that shade of blue.
  23. Super sharp!
  24. Wow that is one pretty Monte, very nice work! I love those colors, and they go so well together. I gotta get me some of that Copper Fire Red. Those Camaro wheels are a great touch too, might have to do that with mine as well. Yes, I would suggest adding another coat of black wash to the grille. Again, great work and keep 'em coming!
