    They said it was down from last year but we had snow and sleet knocking at our door so a lot of people didn't show. There were several open vendors tables too.

    Too busy selling stuff. I do have one car on my phone. Stunning would be an insult to this car........and these pictures do not show it the way it should be viewed.     Nice, i picked up 2 of these barely started for 5.00 for the pair. Im looking to do a nice lowered street truck out of one and a custom truck out of the other. I really like the interior swap you did. I would think about opening up the grill and adding a new grill out of small rods.

    My haul today from the Crossville,TN show. Got the everything pictured for 75.00, even the dual action hardly used airbrush. The F40 is also a full detail kit, ive been wanting one for some time now!     It should darken it up some. Before you spray the body get some plastic white spoons and do test sprays with different base coats till you like what you see. .

    Hoping the Notch back Cop car Mustang finds its way on to the shelf. That and the Ford truck race car hauler, i will be there everyday for a week buying one of each of them if they stock them.

    What ever you do, do not use grey. I did this on an F1 Ferrari model and it made it way too dark. I think using the pink posted above will give you the look your after.

    Looks great. Where did you find the Snap-On tool boxes?

    Its represents different kinds of metals, a buffing metallizer allows you to buff or rub the paint once it dries to better show the metals finish, you can have a dull finish or buff it to a "polished metal" finish. Once you get the look you were after you have to spray the part with a finish coat to seal the paint to keep it from rubbing off.

    I brush them by hand, silly putty and spray paint will look a lot better in the end.

    It wasn't supposed to be but when there is a 11.99 sticker on a 24.00 kit......Im not one to argue! lol Im not even going to build it, might sell it to someone wanting the "rare" orange molded kit.
