Thanks, and from an ex-carpenter thats built a lot of garages in his life, build the biggest one you can afford. Add a steep roof and sheet the upstairs for storage, also build the walls 10 or 12 foot tall. 30x30 would be the smallest i would ever build if you are planning on ever having more than 1 car in there at a time. One last thing, add windows up high to let in the light but high enough to keep people from seeing in. I will try and get some work in on this tonight, whats stopping me right now is i need to cut a base and i dont want to do it at my apartment building.

I like it better than a normal LS, you dont see this engine used in many swaps.

Looks almost as both banks of engines need to be tilted inward more.

Very nice job. One thing, thats not an LS engine, its a LT5. The LT5 was the powerhouse found in the early to mid 90's Corvette ZR-1.

I'm going to start looking for several more of these kits. I am going to do one in each color offered. I'm starting 2 Hemi cudas today, one will be this color green and one in purple.

I didn't see that on the shelf this morning. I was in there at 10:20 this morning getting some more Colors by Boyd true blue pearl paint. I ran out not even half way done with what needs to be painted on the 37 ford custom kit im working on now. Went in and bought the last 3 cans and 6 other cans of spray paint and 6 bottles of paint. I now have 61 unopened cans of spray paint!! lol Kinda sad but ill be so glad when that store shuts down, i wont have a reason to spend so much money!!

Thats what i forgot to do was the battery caps!!! lol what would i do without you guys! I was sitting there looking at it after i "finished" and just kept thinking i was forgetting something. I will check to see if i have a PE radaitor cap in the stash.

Thanks everyone. This one about got scrapped twice. The wing broke apart 3 times, once after the final coat of color, once after the final coat of clear and then the last time when i polished it. The interior bucket is too small causing a big gap next to the doors. I should have added some filler plastic but i got lazy. I did add some PE keys in the ignition, the pine tree air freshener, i used very small hose clamps on the heater and radaitor hoses....a few little things.

Finished this one up before the Chevelle SS i posted yesterday, just got around to taking pictures of it. Did lots of Photo etched goodies, plumbed and wired it too. What you cant see is sitting on the center console inside is a pair of Aviator sunglasses folded up. I spent a good amount of time on this one for an up coming model show. Also the mirror is on the car now. I miss placed it and just found it. She wanted black stripes but i talked her into the white ones. Needless to say she agreed that the white ones look better.

Thanks guys, i must say the Heavy Chevy kit gave me no problems at all. Quite nice to see a kit go together like this. I will be posting the Superbird i finished after dinner.
