Nice all round 68... Not sure if I agree on the side ( cut-off ) bumblebee stripes but other than that, it's a cool 68 ?
-
I'm with Harry on this one. Looks like you've inserted the windshield in incorrectly? I've built a couple of these Challengers & they're not without fitting issues but can be resolved prior to putting it all together ?? Love the colour too ?

For a second there I thought it was going to be the '64 Ferrari GTO....

Then you haven't searched very well... There's always a never ending "wish list" somewhere on this forum...

I did, once. The owner ( spotmodel ) is very slow in shipping ( took more than 6wks to actually ship my order ) & just too expensive as he ( spot model ) is a 3rd party seller. Cost me close to $160au for 9 bottles of paint. Can't justify the price. Real shame because I love their paint. I'm guessing, thanks to Royal Mail, Hiroboy/Zero Paints has lost a LOT of International business. ?

"Hydrographics"...
CJ1971 replied to johnbuzzed's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
John, I know you weren't looking for info', but 1 of the other members was. I wasn't referring to the "dipping/swirl" paint jobs, but the actual process you mentioned, water transfer prints. It WAS brought up in a thread some time ago, just can't recall who started it, maybe Dr. cranky?? -
"Hydrographics"...
CJ1971 replied to johnbuzzed's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
There was a thread on this very subject a few months ago... Search Water-transfer-prints/printing. All the info' you need had already been provided. -
Me thinks you're not the only one ? Lol

I'm lucky in that I have a good sized room for my hobby. Great light, good storage, good sized bench, seperate painting area/ventilation etc. Obviously from time to time it gets a little messy/dirty but at the end of every bench session I clean up. I'm a believer in a clean environment leads to clean work ?? It's probably due to my upbringing. I've never been an untidy/slobby person.

How much should model kits cost?
CJ1971 replied to Bob Ellis's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Is this thread about what model kits should cost, or is there a personal conversation going on for the last 2 pages ???? -
Good to see these! ? I've built all 3 ? Before you start colour paint make sure to test fit body parted etc... Especially the Challenger's engine bay... There have been issues with fitting correctly & also rear hatch door on the Magnum ??

Wagons that HAVE been kitted . . .
CJ1971 replied to Greg Myers's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
They seem to be coming back in style across the globe, except as you've said, NA. Mercedes, Audi, Jaguar, VW, Volvo, BMW, Mazda, Toyota & Subaru all make wagons, yet besides the old versions of the Volvos & Subarus, no new wagon kits? -

CJ1971 replied to Greg Myers's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I think the Magnum is the most modern wagon kit available.... Kinda sucks really, when you consider what else ( modern ) could be kitted. -
