  1. It's same as coupe... Semi-curbside. Has the engine/exhaust etc... But a 1 piece tranny that goes into/onto the chassis.
  2. You could be right about 3 exports, that I'm actually unsure of myself, but according to an article in Hot Rod magazine a few years ago now, the owner of 2 of these Hemi 'verts ( at the time he owned 2, one of which was the White Billboard-delete car ) He said it was THE only one out of the 11 that came billboard delete.
  3. I don't know where you've gotten this information from... But it's incorrect. Only 1 of the Hemi 'verts came WITHOUT the Billboard decal & there is no 3rd export car.
  4. The kit is just as cool... Of not cooler ??
  5. I'll get some up later today, as I'm at work now & unable to take any. What I can say is, that it shares many parts with the Coupe. The wheels/tyres are awesome! Perfect replication of the 1:1. The kit looks as good as the coupe ??
  6. Just got this today! Anyone wishing to know/see what's in the kit?
  7. Just got this, hot off the delivery van! ? Super quick delivery from Japan... Mailed last Friday... Here Tuesday! LP 700-4 Lamborghini Roadster!
  8. You're a bit late... You should really check other threads before posting, pretty much, the same thing.
  9. It's not the internet making people ( kids ) dumb, or less smart, it's spell-check, Apple corrective- texting & lack of proper education.
  10. Typical of Revell... 5yrs+ to finally re-do the 70 Cuda... It's no wonder the Japanese companies are over-taking Revell/Amt.
  11. Word on the street from a Chrysler dealership down here in Aus' is, they're dumping the 300C & apparently they're gunna be bringing either the 2015 Charger or Challenger here.... OMG!!! Can't wait!! ????
  12. There's no denying that. Each to his own. Different horses for different courses. I specifically mentioned Peter Klutt because he owns Lengendary Motorcar. He actually built the Cuda to perform & go as fast as the Enzo. Anyway... Figures just released have the Hellcat Challenger doing the 1/4 mile in 10.8secs ( drag radials ) 11.2sec on street tyres. Fastest Muscle car ever. Most powerful muscle car ever.
  13. I love seeing wagons. Love seeing stuff that's out of the ordinary & built beautifully! Congratulations mate! Fine example & awesome work! Well worth all those years of trouble during it's build. Persistence has well & trully paid off ?? Cheers Cliff
  14. Dragfreak... You're entitled to your opinion. You're also entitled to purchase & spend money on a beater to try to be better than any super car, for considerably less money. You wouldn't be the first & you won't be the last to do something like that. Take for example Peter Klutt's Super Cuda. Built to rival & compete against the Ferrari Enzo - A super car. I believe he spent well over $300K to build the Cuda. I'm a Mopar guy & I love that Cuda.... But... The Cuda, in 10, 20, 30+ years isn't going to be worth anymore, and probably less actually, than the $300+K he put into it. The Enzo, in today's market is worth well over $1 million. In 10-20-30+yrs.... It's going to be worth anywhere north of $5-10million. This my friend is the difference between a stock supercar & a custom made supercar wannabe.... ?
  15. Funnily enough so did I Harry. It would have to make a Top 20 list, surely?
  16. Far from it. I don't think it's a World beater, but neither is the Mustang or Corvette or Camaro. There are way too many foreign exotics such as any Lambo, Ferrari, Pagani, Bugatti, Mercs etc that will cream any of the "big 3s " best. Yes they cost waaaaaay more than the big 3s, but they're waaaay better in every sense of the word - better. But your everyday guy doesn't have a few million to spend on them. The Mopars/Chevys/Fords are great value for money. That's the point. I posted the video because that noise... That beautiful, brutal noise.... 707hp of Supercharged Hemi brutality! Not to brag. Not to say it's a world beater. Just so others could hear that sweet noise. It's the only way I'll ever get to hear it because Dodge doesn't sell them here in Australia. Such a pity.
  17. I don't think they all could be categorised as "nameplates". Their difference in appearance is more to do with the evolution of technology & modern society. They can't remain exactly the same as when the very first model debuted.
  18. ?? I have about 5 sets of them ? Lol
  19. Up here in Newcastle, ( 2.5hrs north of Sydney ), I've seen 2 Audi R8s, 1 V8 1 V10, plus a Spyder. An Aston Martin DB9 & a Vantage. An 06 Gallardo, a Diablo ( rare as!! ) & a 360 Modena Ferrari. When I was in Sydney a few weeks ago I spotted a white Aventador... Right in front of me, while I was waiting to cross the road... ???
  20. I'm with Matt. I have NO interest in any of these "icons", mainly because I'm not into drag cars or hot rods. I have money to burn on kits, muscle cars ( Mopar ) & modern/or older "exotics/super cars " but wouldn't spend $1 on any of those icons.
  21. No real surprises to me, except the Impala. Wouldn't of have thought it had sold that many. The Accord, Corolla & Golf are big sellers down here & I know the Passat is very popular in Europe.
  22. ?? My ears haven't heard anything so sweeeet! ??
