  2. Love what you are doing here Mike! I had a Copenhagen blue 85 944 1:1 years ago, you are absolutely right when you say that those pieces will be seen under the hood. Keep up the great work on this!
  3. With the TE37's on it, it reminds me of the Mustang near the end of Tokyo Drift. Put a RB26DET in it!! J/K Looks great with them on it!!
  4. You could check the R/C world for wheels.....maybe? 1/10 would be close to a 16" in 1:1.

  6. Great work on the engine and interior!!!
  7. Great series Al . Really cool idea!
  8. Looking forward to seeing some progress on this. I used to have a WRX and a 2.5 RS Coupe. One was the show queen and one was the daily.
  9. Matt, this is absolutely lovely! (When I speak of a beautiful Ferrari, I think of it as a sexy woman.)
  10. Spray your surface offwhite (or white) if you want, while the paint is wet sprinkle evenly seasalt from Petco or the like over it and allow paint to dry. When paint is dry, shake off the excess salt. Now you have actual salt for your salt flats.
  11. Looks great! Love the color!
  12. Dirk, the brasswork on this is just absolute beauty!!
  13. Thanks guys! I really do appreciate the support! Will have another update soon. -Got the front bumper/grilles completely built and mudded in to match up to the body -The ZR1 taillights are matched into the rear -Almost done with the hood (it has vents in it that match the vents on the side.) -All of the vents (both hood and sides) will be done in hi-def carbon fiber to match the 1:1 Getting ever closer to the paint phase.......
  14. Thanks Andy! Thank you kindly Russ!!
  15. I have a 54 gallon bowfront corner. Has been up and running for years now. I have African cichlids in it.......several varieties. I built the stand for it out of oak, it has an Eheim canister filter system in the stand and I am running a 72 LED strip light from Beamworks on top. Will post pics soon.
  16. Love the way it looks in the second picture with the sunlight hitting it just perfect The hood looks stunning with the Viper on it too!!
  17. Got some of the body mods done/almost done: Cut out sides on both sides of the car to remove the old curved body line, then added sheet styrene and thin aluminum sheet for the "gills" BEFORE: AFTER:
