  1. Awesome build !
  2. Thank You Rusty !
  3. Got a little bench time in this morning so I have now detailed the dash with a mock up of the aluminum gauge bezels that I have cut from aluminum tubing.
  4. With the Christmas Holiday here there isn't not much time to get to the bench to work on the Goat but I have had a little time to get the front seats and the interior panels detailed. Next I will be working on finishing up the detail on the dashboard which I have redone the paint on the wood grain so I will be detailing the heater controls and the radio etc.
  5. Awesome Job !
  6. Merry CHRISTmas to All !
  7. Tom thank you for the info on the tub...I haven't started on scratch building one as of yet.
  8. With the weather basically perfect today (70 degrees) I was able to shoot some Royal Blue Pearl on the GTO today which I'm not a real big fan of the color blue but it suits the GTO perfectly so after the paint gases out then I will shoot a few coats of clear on her.
  9. Richie yes the float bowls do face the front & the picture I posted was just a mock up and also so everyone could see that the carbs are not that we'll detailed.
  10. Thank you all for he info on the carbs and it looks as though I probably will just add some detail to them the best I can plus as I mention at the beginning of this build thread I will also attempt to scratch build the ram air for the carbs.
  11. David the tri power carbs came with the kit but I'm on the hunt for a better tri power set up since they are not that detailed and yes I will be installing the the kit supplied center console that is factory to the GTO.
  12. Got a little work done on the interior with some paint on the seats and door panels but I still need to detail the the window cranks and handles plus the trim on the front seats plus I used embossing powder for the carpet and I also have the engine block painted and the transmission painted . I have also started detailing the dash which I have cut aluminum tubing for the gauge bezels but I still need to get more aluminum tubing for the two gauges in the middle.
  13. Looking Good !
  14. Awesome Art !
  15. Hey Bill that was the first place I checked and the only carbs they carry are the Holley 6 pack carbs for the Mopars and yes the carbs are awesome which I have a few sets of the Hemi AFB carbs.
  16. Well I have finished the Ranch Wagon so my next build will be the Revell 1966 GTO which will be painted a blue but not sure what shade of blue yet with the interior being white which are basically stock colors. I will also be using the Fireball Mickey Thompson tires on the rear and I will also attempt to scratch build the ram air system but I would like to find some better rochester carbs so if anyone has a source for them please chime in.
  17. Love what you are doing with this Camaro !
  18. Thank You Steve, Kurt, Todd, Max, Johnny, Anders, Steve and Dominik !
  19. I'm also in search of some decent Rochester 2 barrels for a tri power set up on a 66 GTO. The carbs that come with the Revell kit are not the greatest.
  20. Thank you all for the encouraging comments on this build.
  21. Still smokey outside from the fires but was able to take a few pictures of the Ranch Wagon. There where a lot of custom modifications done on this build and few things that where reworked a few times also.
  22. Well here are some pictures of the finished Ranch Wagon and I just just posted these pictures in the under glass forum as well.
  23. Art the Mach 5 came out awesome !
