Good day all and hope everyone's well. Picking up from when I last posted on this project. I have started working on the engine (pics below), and have started the frame. I successfully (for me, so this is a big step) was able to configure the turning front axle. Only issue was the heat swage for the tie rod. Couldn't get it to work for me so I just dabbed a very small amount of Tamiya glue on each tip. It seems to be working just fine. Still need to detail the engine somewhat but it's early in the process. Still thinking about frame color choices. Have decided I am doing the fuel tanks in aluminum, and perhaps the stacks as well. Livery will be decided at the final detailing portion.

True. I never quite understood why not completely do the mirrors completely molded. Then again I never understood why AMT never did the Ford WT9000, or why Round 2 hasn't released the LNT 9000 again. They have a ton of box truck styles.

true. I have a few AMT kits I need to finish as well. But those BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH mirrors are holding me back. Especially my Diamond Reo.

How do we contact Revell to check? I love the kit but am not fond of the swirling tapered stripes that came in my last two kits.

Thanks Kerry. This has been a fun build. I also have an Italeri Freightliner FLC120 I will be doing. A little apprehensiveness on doing the multi piece cab. Looks a bit challenging and the attempt may be a bit above my pay grade. But I will try my level best.

Agreed on the tires and it would help if they did a front visor as well.

Good day all and hope all are well. I have a question about the Revell Peterbilt 359 snap kit. I was poking around on the Rocketfin Hobbies website and came across the following picture. Is that a new set of decals they are doing now? Have never seen this scheme by Revell before. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Mark hi. Once again great job. I am working on using the Moebius wheels on a Revell KW W900 Snap kit. So quick question on the Moebius set did you have to drill out the front wheels to fit the axle? I think the rears will fit the Revell drive axles with no issue just like the kit set.
