His approach to some of his answers to questions was a little too high handed some times. Being able to "read the temperature" of a conversation before wading in with guns blazing is a social skill the JB hadn't mastered. I've had a few run ins with JB myself, and speaking for myself, he won't be missed. He has only himself to blame.

Kevin, that gun camera footage you posted was absolutely hair raising. COOL!!!

You need to take some material off the back of the grill piece behind the headlights. don't go too deep, or you will grind clear through them. take a little bit off at a time and test fit often. Hope this helps.I've built MANY of these kits. Also check for possible contact with the core support.

Man, that looks good!!! I've built and seen ALOT of 55 gassers, but most of them didn't have"the look". Its that certain quality about a build that you can't quite put your finger on, but you know its there with so many great period details. You did your homework!! This 55 definitely has "THE LOOK"!!! Great job!!

The Coral Sea is Probably an older Revell kit. Probably somewhere in the 1/570 scale, or in that area. Not sure if anyone has reissued that kit in awhile. You may be able to find it on ebay still.

Your best bet is to look into some of the on-line resources like Tower Hobbies, Free time Hobbies, ect. I'm a ship builder myself, and these a a few of my favorite haunts. What time frame of ship are you looking for? maybe I can steer you in the right direction.
