Custom Hearse

Kind of at a stand still temporarily... I bought some enamel black paint, but it's not wanting to cooperate. I sprayed a body with some primer and let it dry, then added the black... 6 weeks ago, and it still isn't dry! I need to go and get some duplicolor black laquer, then start the the frame. The nearest place is 40 miles away...

I agree as well Harry. If someone is going to modernize the Superbird, they should use something that could be interpreted as a Plymouth Roadrunner, and not a Dodge Challenger. Adding a Roadrunner emblem makes not a Super bird...

Is it me, or does that DOT tape actually glow? If it does, where did you find it? I REALLY WANT SOME!!! The truck and trailer are awesome looking! You did an excellent job on it. I need to work on mine more. That is really sweet!!!

Got the engine assembled and painted red. It's not perfect, but it does have some semblance of a Cummins ISX. I'm happy with the way it turned out...

If you are in a vehicle, DO NOT try to outrun a tornado! The safest plce to hide is in a solid concrete building or a city tornado shelter. If you are out in an open area, find a ditch to lay in. Tornadoes have been strong enough to toss trains a quarter of a mile, a car is never safe!

I have 6 sealed 1/16th dukes of hazzard General Lee kits that I had ideas for, but now will probably never get built. I have several kits tha I opened but are sealed inside that I decided not to work on for various reasons. The Munsters cars in the collectable tin, the Snake/Mongoose combo, and several others that I will probably not get to.

I'll stick with my Ford...
