    70 chevelle

thanks all, I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out. been trying to use 'different' color schemes for my builds, and i can remember seeing a lot of green chevies back in the day.
  3. yes, i have made some progress on this. no pic's yet, but hood/cab/sleeper are in color. finished up two car builds i had going, and have two car builds going for NNL East, so this is sorta back burner for now, but once the cars are done, i will be full force on this build. will post pic's of the paint job soon
  4. looking good so far. i built mine per instructions [oil pan situation] and it all fit perfectly. i love this kit, have 3 more in the stash....

hi all, this is my last 1966 chevelle model for a little bit, lol. seems i got on a binge for awhile there [3 coupes, a wagon and this]. here it is, hope you like it, as always, thanks for looking.
  10. looking good Dan
  11. Jacobus, fantastic bunch of kits there!
  12. well, i suppose the op could build a rig and join the B.R.B.O.
  13. every time i start to think maybe i have too many kits, someone starts one of these topics and i end up feeling better about my hoard and there is a bunch you can't see.
  14. you do realize we have more than a week to do these builds, right? lol, j/k man, this is looking fantastic, keep at it man!
  15. as if i need more kits...............um,ya........will be getting these when they come out.........so much cool stuff coming back out!
  16. excited about this for sure!
  17. thanks guys. Mike, i am talking about all the plumbing that would be on the frame, along with the service lines and glad hands, just wanting to add a little something to my builds, not go crazy with it, but don't want garden hoses running everywhere, lol.
  18. this may have been covered before, and i may have even asked it before.......but here it goes, what size material would you use for air lines and such? and what type of material would you use? i thought i might try to start detailing a bit more on my rig building, and my build off truck is a good starting point i suppose. so, what're you using? thanks, tom
  19. Dan, clear some shelf space for the finished product.............this truck and trailer together come in at around 3 foot long
  20. well done, nice clean build. love the color combo as well.
  21. excellent build! good looking COE!
  22. you'll enjoy building this, fantastic kit. only issues i had were the gap for the hood hinge [where the radiator assembly mates up] and the floor to cab supports. other than that, pour glue in the box, shake it up, and out comes a truck, lol.
