  1. Most of mine are already posted in the trailer thread, but I will if you want me to. 4-10?
  2. Excellent, Excellent work. I love watching builds of this caliber.
  3. The AMT KW W9 kits have a 5 & 4. If you need the aux send me a PM, I may have one.
  4. It's an original issue, but neither had hinges. I used some extra Italeri hinges and drilled out the front of the spring hangers. The tab on the bottom of the grill needs to be cut off also.
  5. I had a little(very little) build time this weekend, as I spent most of it working on my broke down 1:1 GMC. Anywhoo, I didn't want to jump back on the Mack so I tinkered with the Pete a bit. I finally got the 3 spoke trailer rims painted, and I modified some Mack rear fenders to fit the Pete. The fenders were sectioned and shortened. They will be painted to match the front fenders. Thanks for looking.
  6. Hang in there JT. It happens to the best of us. Two weeks ago, I came back from a last minute vacation to find that my toilets wouldn't flush and bathtubs wouldn't drain. I found this out at 11:30 pm, and had to be at the shop for 5:00am. I wasn't a happy camper. I got it done though. This Simba build got my wheels turning on an Osh Kosh HEMTT tractor. I may just have to build one. The other day on the way to get dog food, I passed the Louisiana National Guard, and they had a few sitting out by the fence. I'm gonna go back and see if I can get some pics.
  7. Very cool Chuck. Whatcha gonna put behind it?
  8. So how many do you have on the shelf now Clayton? It might be time for an updated "collections" shot. You've got to have a decent size fleet by now.
  9. Great job on the paint, and the whole build. The stripes look spot on.
  10. Thanks.Unfortunatley, I recently sold it. Here's a few pics of it completed.
  11. No problem. That Elmers glue sounds like the winner. Im going to try that myself.
  12. I usually just brush paint/spray them like you said. Another option, though Ive never tried it, would be using masking putty. Spray the spokes, cover with putty, then spray the rims. Thats all I can think of.
  13. Cool concept. Keep in mind, if you want to correct it, the driver side fender/cab is incorrectly notched. This was a carry over from when Ertl took over the MPC moulds. They used the DM 800 cab, which is notched differently than the 600 should be. Alain had some pics, but I cant find them.
  14. Yes, Hay concrete is much stonger. Thats what the Romans used.
  15. Are there Mack DMs in Cali? Maybe an R700, but a DM600? Sounds fishy......
  16. methinks maybe a flatbed, but almost sure it's a wrecker. I'll go as far as to say Revell KW body. Am I right?
  17. Wow! This 352 is exquisite. This has to be of the best Ive seen.
  18. What a great surprise. Congrats man.
