    Camaro 69 cab

Very nice build, but it's way to nice to be an AMT, looks more like a Revell kit to me.

    street rod tub

That is one really sharp little tub!!! I appreciate pondering a good, clean build like this, no mold seams anywhere!!! Beautiful build.
  3. Excellent save on a classic!!!
  4. Very nice Curt!!! The whole thing looks great.
  5. Nice stuff James!!!
  6. Another really great build Sean!!! The whole sha-bang looks perfect with the van & trailer too.

    WOODN'T

    That's great!!!
  9. What a classy display piece Harry, very nicely done.
  10. I have had one of these things for many years, never have gotten real excited about building it, but you did a fantastic job on it!!! Great to actually see one done, and done so well.
  11. Really nice save.....it's beautiful!!!
  12. This came out fantastic James!!! You nailed the look you were after perfectly, and the colors are great too. Love the surf theme you devised, and stuck to it. Kinda like Bob, I'd like a little more info on those rear tires....
  13. Their website has been bleak for some time, just looked again today, and they only have 9 automotive subjects, including the '48 Fleetline. Kinda sucks as they have created some stunning models over the years.
  14. Lazlow is correct, this car was originally built here in Washington state, and was called the Defibrillator..... A now defunked diecast company called Toy Zone also did a 1/18 version..... Looks like all that was changed is the skull scoop, and the addition of the bombs on the front wheels, and shifter.

    32 Ford's

I keep forgetting this thread, thanks Bernard!!! Lots of great '32's here. Sorry Josh, yours is a '30-'31 Ford, not a Deuce. Need to add my latest '32, The Ignatjew Deuce 5/W......
  16. Nice build!!! I have one on the bench right now as well.
  17. Beautiful build Rich!!! You don't see many built, kinda like the ones I have....
  18. I like it too!!! Not being a fan of modern rat rods, this one has a great feel to it. Nice way to mix parts, and come up with something really clever.
  19. Love this car!!! Beautiful details, and paint work. I've built several of these in 1/43, but haven't built any 1/24 yet. I'm assuming this is the Tamiya kit?
  20. Love where this is going James!!!
  21. Blair, great to see you figure this stuff out, and post your builds, but it would be nice if you would add some info about the build itself. Parts used, what you did to build such incredible stuff, Etc. Are those Modelhaus wheels? if so, what # are they? Great Deuce!!!

    Bizzarrini

Chris, I really enjoy your 1/43 builds!!! I got into this scale back in the 80's, and amassed quite a collection of 43rds. Got to be good friends with John Simmon's of Marsh Models, and shared many phone calls back when he went hard into Can-Am. You do some really nice work in this scale, and hope to see more. I'm a little jealous because your eyes are obviously way better than mine these days.... Keep up the great work man!!!
  23. I know Glenn, I tried several times to save this picture too, I finally got it saved, and in my photobucket, then tried to share it with Chuck, and it was a no go.
  24. John, I've been silently watching you build this Masterpiece, and I gotta say.......WOW You my friend, are one helluva building machine, and a true artist indeed!!! Heck, even the slightly tipped engine gives it caricature. Can't wait to see what's next in your mind.
  25. I have one of those kits, and I would have never guessed it could look so cool. Great build Tim, Love every square inch!!!
