  1. Studebaker Golden Hawk?
  2. Started to mock up the interior. I'd like to get a little more texture on the carpet, but not sure how to do that. This is just some airbrush mist in a darker color than the base, but still just plastic. Any ideas for mocking up actual carpet? I guess I could always try another tea bag! LOL
  3. A messy workspace is a sign of genius. Just sayin'...
  4. Very nice!
  5. Mines's just a little corner in the furnace room, but it's set up like one big diorama, so it's a fun place to hang out and get as messy as I need to.
  6. Impressive for a weekend project! Very well done!

  15. Thanks Chuck! It's all experimental, so steal away my friend!
  16. Front bench seat is finished. This is my first attempt and making a ratty old seat. I continued to utilize the used tea bags from the kitchen. I have found that this material is ideal for the seat fabric and the seat stuffing, as it's fibers look right at 1:24/25 scale. The seat turned out a little grungier than I hoped, but I don't always know when enough is enough... the seat springs, visible in the holes, are a little too large for scale, but again, my first attempt... just bent some small gauge wire with tweezers. *I'm also keeping all the tea leaves from my wife's various herbal teas - she's saving all her tea bags for me! The various ground up leaves make great dirt, saw dust, etc.
  17. That turned out SO nice!!!
