  1. I have a few Cobra kits in the stash and I have a resin Daytona body arriving soon (I hope) I know the Daytona has a different air inlet/exit than the Roadster with the big difference in the radiator mounting. What would be a good donor kit ? I know the chassis will need some modification. Thanks
  2. I have actually seen one driving down the road in Portland back in the day. And was that same color
  3. Hope they don't blow all of them up.
  4. Some of the images on Google are confusing. CSX3006 is shown with one on some photos and none on others.
  5. Just received my Fujimi 427 SC Cobra kit and the fans are included. Now I just have to figure out which of the 5 kits I will use it on. Also ordered a Daytona body and need to figure out a donor for it.
  6. Plan on building a 427 CSX any suggestions on what to use for the Pusher Radiator Fans ? Thanks
  7. not in a hurry, do your thing , thanks
  8. Not sure if this helps but I found a lot of pics here https://www.barrett-jackson.com/Events/Event/Details/1966-SHELBY-COBRA-427-SUPER-SNAKE-245431
  9. That would be a good start
  10. Probably not any out there but thinking about doing a Super Snake but need this Intake and Hood Scoop.
  11. And the Touring turned into the Phaeton
  12. I recently read a description for a Model A as a Tudor, 2 door. Now for me that seems a bit redundant as the name Tudor actually was Henrys name for a 2 door. From what I have read he thought Tudor and Fordor were much classier names than 2 door and 4 door because the sounded a bit more European, a marketing strategy. With that in mind should a Model T Runabout be called a "Wondor" ?
  13. I gave up on Rustoleum long ago . To many were clogging up. Only way I use them now is by de-canting them and reducing them for the air brush. I use Duplicolor on occasion but have been using acrylics lately
  14. I have two of the AMT kits but they are 5w, I also have the ZZ Top 3w. I like them better on a 3w, My current project is a Ron Cash resin 3w. I do have the plain trunk section that I removed if that would help you.
  15. These louvered parts are top notch , I used a 32 hood on my last build and I am very happy with it. Any thoughts on a louvered 33/34 trunk ? If you have set of 33/34 hood sides bring a set to the next meeting please
  16. Thanks Randy received my order today, still nothing from Fireball but Randy got it covered
  17. There would definitely be a small market for those. Fortunately I can use the ones from the kit.
  18. Looks great I would probably have to swap out the headers
  19. Thanks, placed an order today 3 sets of carbs and a tranny
  20. I normally get an idea of something I want to build or attempt to build. Case in point, on a recent build for a R.O.G build off ,first off it is research on the subject (Google is your friend), then it is to gather up all the parts I will need, then start by doing some mock-ups. Sometimes my mind tricks me into something a bit different like building a 32 Ford extended cab P/U.
  21. Our club did the same when a Founding Member passed last year.
  22. We are having a Rolling Bones build off and I have been watching these closely, I haven't seen this one , thanks for posting
