  1. Two officers came into health class today to talk about drugs. Cool dudes. Got to work a little on my models tonight after a nap and going to Wendy's for a burger.
  2. I like the size of those... Maybe cant them on a slope, add some more around them...
  3. Military ambulance idea...
  4. In theory. Maybe if all people who bought models build models as a hobby, and not just to try a couple times and leave like a lot of the market, or with kids who dump paint on em. ...or people who don't discriminate between 1/24 and 1/25.
  5. There's a place we go on the coast to get seaweed for garden fertilizer. On the way there, there's what I think is a late fifties Rambler by the side of the road. Been there for at least twenty plus years, and someone shot the windshield out years ago.
  6. And I just found out Fujimi makes OZ Superturismo wheels!
  7. A new project I call the first "puttybomb."
  8. Stealing my U-Haul idea! My plan was to use a Datsun, but still! At least yours should get finished!
  9. "RARE 1/24 1/25 Dale Ernhardt Chevy Ford Dodge Plymouth COLLECTIBLE L@@K!!! " - $75
  10. Even worse, people in cars on their phones. I once saw a cement truck driver on his phone, and that really incensed me.
  11. A lot of people may tell you the full-size Dremels and motortools are too powerful for model work. Completely untrue; with precise control, they're perfectly acceptable. Whatever you get, just make sure it has a speed control. If you want a good deal on the real-deal Dremel, Harbor Freight may be the best place.
  12. 12 hours of sleep, about to make coffee, and download some music.
  13. Gives me an idea for the metal siding sheets I bought a while ago... Another project for another day.
  14. If you're going that route, make the "hi-tech" CD player, and the boxes of Garth's gadgets in back!
  15. Ah. The Mirthmobile.
  16. No further work on the Scout.
  17. Ideas and pointers... Let it tell you what should be built next. That's much how Richard's garage diorama is going, and I bet you'd agree it's amazing. Take your time and get the most accuracy you can is what other advice I'd have.
  18. What'd you use for the trunk hardware? Sheet plastic, sprayed with Spaz Stix?
  19. XR-7 Cougar, a couple Porsche 944s, an AMC Marlin, a Ford Torino, a couple old Buicks, a mid-seventies Power Wagon Crew Cab, and a Cadillac like in Goodfellas. Nice weather brings out nice cars.
  20. Here's an example. Vintage computers. I love writing code in BASIC, fixing broken computers, using something someone threw out, and the sheer simplicity of it. I don't like, however, the cost of some repair parts, when I can't find that cable I put in my desk the other day, and RWG errors. Something irksome in everything.
  21. I make time enough in my life to allow everything to slightly annoy me. I like a lot of stuff, but I find irksome things in everything I do.
