  1. Smooth custom work! Go VW!
  2. http://www.madmodeling.com/store/ccp0-prodshow/77muscoupe.html
  3. Well, fine. There are some exceptions. I suppose I'm strange in the fact I'd rather have an original AC Ace than an AC or Shelby Cobra.
  4. Sister works at Goodwill, and she spoke to her managers. They want me to apply! Just submitted an application, hope I get it!
  5. So I did get this kit: Dunno what I have planned for it yet, maybe some different decals or something, at least a motor for the prop.
  6. Going to call a guy about a 1954 Austin A30 2-door tomorrow!
  7. Although sorta complicated, I've seen a few good motorizations of those online. It's no Rivarossi, but it's a good looking engine.
  8. May have just gotten the 1/32 (ahem, 1/26) scale Lindberg Gee-Bee kit. Been wanting to do a plane kit, and something close to my car scales, but I wouldn't have room for the Trumpeter Spitfire Float Plane that's been tantalizingly marked down to $70 in the LHS.
  9. The original Tucker is ugly in such a cool way. It's lumpy, has three eyes, and is overall strange. It's interesting, and too bad it didn't go further. Heck, I'd probably consider buying a kit of one.
  10. Playstation 1 startup noise. Good to dust off the old Battleship and play some Ford Racing and Medal of Honor: Underground.
  11. I may get a Civic in on this. Have a slammer zombie build to finish, and a couple others, but then it'll be here.
  12. Photobucket, Fotki, etc. is really necessary for photosharing after a while here.
  13. They're not incredibly rare. I see them time to time.
  14. Now, I stripped all the chrome from the Parts Pack Cadillac 354. Looking online, seems to be its a bored-out 331. I've found engines in green, blue, dark blue, black, and silver. What color should it be? It's going in a hot rod, and I may paint it CAT Yellow to be different, but I'd like a definitive answer on color in case I decide it fits with the style of the build.
  15. Whoops, wrong thread.
  16. Extendeeeeeeeeeeeeed frame. Surprisingly fun.
  17. Went out on the motorized bicycle. Around 12 miles or so on the old tracks.
  18. I've brushed lacquer, but not on models; painted a couple of my speakers with band names and symbols. As for brushes, I usually use some from Walmart. You can get a good pack of different sizes for four bucks or so, soft hair brushes. Nylon ones usually push the paint around and leave hard streaks.
