The first intelligent post I've seen here just kidding, guys, don't break out the wine and whiskey yet. I've made a point to not make a WIP thread on my latest kit, the Tamiya Mini. I'm having a friggin' blast building the thing, and it's nearly done. I've built it MY way, forgotten a few parts, added some, painted things different than the kit suggested, and it looks GREAT! I can't wait to see it done, and it's going to be soon, with no "am-I-keeping-people-waiting" type dread associated with a WIP over my head.

Accidentally spray painted myself in the face one time. That showed me to not do modeling on my 24+ hour days. I cut myself with the Dremel about three months ago. The cutoff wheel, no less. I was trimming a bench seat in half when I accidentally turned the speed knob. It sliced through the seat rail, through the seat floor, then into my thumb head-on. It wen about a quarter-inch in before I realized it. With a few drops of blood and some choice words, I gritted my teeth and glued the cut shut with two different kinds of glue. I've stabbed my foot with gravity before. Dropped new X-Acto knives on accident, blade straight down into my foot. Happened at least three times.

Hooper Motor Services made one for Peter Sellers. It had some doodads and extra whatnots installed inside, I think a heater and some other stuff. When the Pink Panther came along, he commissioned another, this time a LHD one. After the movie was done he gave it to the director.
