  1. I've heard that one ^ Actually I like it...
  2. I looked up a picture of the box... Man, those wheels look terrible OOTB... Great build.
  3. George Harrison's "If Not For You" is better than Bobby Dylan's, imo... The Who's "Bucket T," "Barbara Ann," and "Batman" are worth a listen as well.
  4. I rarely get new kits so it's a treat for me, and I suppose it's a disappointment even more because of that. And to think I used the HL coupon on this... I knew I shoulda gotten that MPC Jeep! Nonetheless, the kit has provided nice wheels, tires, some decals, and the keg to other projects. Also, the "carb balls," whatever they are and whatever they do, are becoming oranges for my Rat Rod Del Ray
  5. Thought I'd drop in another interesting 'Nado... A dual-axle one. We've got a book that's all stuff from old Life magazines called "The Best Of Life" and this is in it, back when the dude made it. I believe it said he did it to increase pulling power for towing a trailer, so I'm assuming that means it is powered in both axles
  6. Now, if you've seen any of my last few weeks of comments, chances are that I referenced my recent acquisition of a T Fruitwagon. I was happy at first, mostly because I like Model Ts. However, after trying to start it I'm FAR from happy. There's flash on every piece I have to trim off. I can't have a Bucket Truck with a full bed and fenders without cutting the stock interior out and putting the custom one in. Meh. Anyhow, anybody else got any complaints with their recent models?
  7. You an' ya friends are deaaad!
  8. Why let your shoulders bend underneath this burden when My back is sturdy and strong?
  9. I'm still debating on which engine to use. It's going to stay engineless for now. Did more rusting on it, painted the interior bucket.... Been making detail bits for it. Single barrel break-action shotgun, bottles, an orange crate (with oranges), general garbage, toolbox...
  10. It was "I'm The Face/ Zoot Suit" by The Who, or The High Numbers here.
  11. Finally! A Camaro I like!
  12. Whatever you do, don't go to the JD dealer in town and buy it. WAYYY overpriced.
  13. I'm the hippiest number in town, I'ma tell you why I'm the snappiest dresser right down to my inch-wide tie And if it gets you wise, I'll explain to you A few other things that a face is supposed to do May've already done this one, but it's a good one. *revised "wild" to "wise*
  14. Yep. Not sure why but the real title has a period like "snatch." Strange, innit?
  15. Subterranean Homesick Blues?
  16. What the f--k am I gonna do wif a caravan wif no f--kin' wheels?!
  17. I have a book at home on Morgans. I think they came in green, red, and black, but I'll check.
  18. I though we should start a topic on this. People are always looking for vintage drag pics for reference. Here's one of two Hudsons from HRM, taken in '64.
  19. Yep. Great song. For the people who don't like Bobby, this sounds different than his usual nasal tone.
  20. Whatever color you have in your mind I show them to you, and you see them shine
