  7. One very cool looking Hudson, the wheels really set off the paint job too. Sweet ride.
  8. Very realistic looking patina mate, way different to your other builds too.
  9. That is a beautiful color mate, and well laid down too.
  10. Cheers all, and thanks, i just like to build a little left field, i look at box art, and instructions as a rough idea of what you may like to build, but that is as far as it usually ever goes.
  11. That is starting to take BEAUTIFUL shape, i love it, way better looking than any 57' i have seen..
  12. Here is a different take on the ol' Boyd kit. I had a bit of fun with this one. Added a streamline nose, and a bit of HORSEPOWER!! Perfect for the salt flats.
  13. They are some of the most amazingly detailed builds i have seen in a long time, and all look PERFECT!
  14. I reckon if you get rid of that netflix garbage, go out in the shed, or go to the model bench, you might find you will get stuff done mate,.the computer tends to destroy a lot of motivation.

  17. That is one very very nice, tidy build, and i love the color scheme too, SUPERB BUILD!!
  18. That's the pits mate, but what was the common denominator in the 2 paint jobs? I layer my automotive clear on pretty thick, including having it go milky, and usually only 5 mins after the base coat has dried, and NEVER had it crack on me like that, the only time i had an issue, was a bad can of primer. If it goes milky i hold it under the spot light till it clears up, then throw more paint at it again, this method works on new kits and ones that have been painted a few times before. The only other think i can think of is mixing brands? I only use automotive primer, automotive acrylic base colors, and acrylic clear and pearls aswell. GOOD LUCK next time around mate.
  19. That's some very nice work there mate.
  20. That interior work is just "modeling magic", great thinking sir!
  21. Yeah, Johnny not real bright, MM1 & 2 were legendary here in Aus, #3, was a total failure, i hope this one is as good as the originals, with the amount of $$$$$spent, it should be..
  22. That is a VERY VERY nice chopper mate, beautiful!!
  23. Air brush everything my self, and undercoat everything too, except for seats , door trims etc that way it does not shine as much, a bit more satiny, bit more realistic.
  24. Very nicely detailed engine bay there John, great work as usual mate.
  25. 1/24-1/25 CARS, as i have heaps of spares to play with , and the room factor, they fit on a shelf nicely, and in fish tanks, to keep the dust off them although i have a couple of 1/12, scale chevs, but that will do.
