  15. There is a couple people selling real aluminum wheels. I think Clas A resins might be, they maybe 1/16th scale. I can't remember who the other is,I'm pretty sure in truck aftermarket section you could find the post. Thank you for the kind words, I still consider myself to be a step above the glue on the windshield builder. If my builds inspire anybody, I'm speachless. I truly am thankful.
  16. I finally picked up the fair handbook today. I think it would be cool if this contest can get big again. They've been slowly making the model contest smaller and smaller over the years. When I first entered, about 18 years ago, there was 10 to 15 classes. Now this year, only 6. Since this a 10 day long deal, they need entry forms in early, the entries in, weeks in advance, to allow time for judging and display set up for the department. I have never had a problem with damage or mishandling. They do have on line registration, sbcfair.com, or handbooks can be picked up at the fair office in Victorville, Ca, county offices like libraries. Here's the info I have, direct from the handbook. San Bernardino County Fair 2015 May 23rd - 31st Entry form deadline is April 17th at 7 pm Entries received: Friday May 1st, 2 pm till 7pm Saturday May 2nd, 10 am till 4 pm Entries released Monday June 1st, 3 pm till 6 pm. 17. That's true. That old Dodge is definitely not a clean air truck with DEF. It's an old coal roller.
