  1. The front end it would be better, if you have a Dremel, to remove the "axle blocks" and remove a couple leafs from the spring pack. if thats not low enough, cut the spring shakles. If not low enough yet, trim the axle, carefully, doing that will weaken it and cause the axle to sag.
  2. This is little beaver, put your foot on the floor, we got the back door, and im clear!
  3. Welcome Jeremy
  4. Guess i better start figuring out what 1:1 379 i want to build 1st.
  5. Is anybody watching this? Its the Foo Fighters documenting their new albums creation, city to city. Each city a different song is written with touches of that cities history and certain artists from that city performing the song that was written there. They started in Chicago, then to Washington DC, Nashville and this week they were in Austin. Its really cool to learn about the styles of music, people from those city, and really facts about music history. Im really liking this series. Next week theyre in LA.
  6. My wallet has already took a BIG hit. But itll be well worth it. All 4 1/2 foot of it when its done.
  7. Thats my problem, why i havent built any of the 379s and 389s i have waiting. Cant decide whos truck i want i to build. I at least built Trevor Hardwicks cabover, the redone version. I may try 1 of James Davis' trucks, really like how low they sit. But then i go to a truck show or the new issue of 10-4 comes out and changes my mind.

  14. Thats how i do mine. It looks better that way. But sometimes in real life it cant be that way, but not often, only when its a goofy load or loaded goofy. Union lumpers tend to be careless or could care less
  15. Nope. But your in the area. It is a crime show. Hint: it was on Showtime.
  16. I really hope a fellow deputy got the P.O.S. What a shame, so young. Really makes you think. No matter what profession we chose, we may not make it home. Stuff like this reminds us all to live everyday like it could be our last, you never know. Everyday is a new day. Rest in Peace deputy Chism!

  22. Oh boy... Trucks arent cute.
  23. Here in southern California theres a few companies that use this style trailer to haul new cars, mostly higher end, Porche, Mercedes and so on from a rail hub to the dealer, nothing very far. Professional auto transport is 1 here that uses this type of trailer, bright yellow petes. A lot of owner operators use these too, for used cars mainly.
