  1. Awesome builds everyone. Here's my only completed pickup so far. And the two that are on the bench.
  2. Thanks man. I was hopin to.get something done on this tonight, but it's been a long day, 595 miles and 13 1/2 hours. I wanted to eat, shower and relax.
  3. Lookin good man. I was wondering how you were gonna tackle the rear end.
  4. Everytime I see them, I want them more and more, those 48 inch tires. I have a couple projects in mind where those would be perfect.
  5. The chassis looks great in the pics. Nice job altering the kit wheels. The interior is lookin good so far.
  6. Seems a lot of old threads have been dug up lately. It's still kinda cool to read people's thoughts and see what has actually come out since.
  7. 579 has nothing besides running gear and sleepers in common with a 386, 388 or 389. It's a totally different cab.
  8. I would love to see a Koenigsegg one to 1 or a Cadillac CTS-V. My other dream car is already kitted, 70 Chevelle SS 454.
  9. I don't exactly work nights, but I do work 12 to 14 hours a day, I'm a truck driver. I sometimes get an hour at the hotel to work on stuff, occasionally I'll get 2 hours. That's about all the build time I get having a 5 month old at home. IF I get any weekend building, it's only a few hours.
  10. A little correction: Barris Kustoms 11054 Atlantic Ave Lynwood, Ca
  11. Dude, this one nice build. Then, with it being not clear on the directions and not knowing much about boats. You did a great job.
  12. Very nice setup. Details are well done. I like it. Very nice work.
  13. All I received from him on my order was confirmation of payment, well, from PayPal anyway. I never got an email about shipping.
  14. Outstanding. Very nice work. Another awesome build man.
  15. Man, that is good lookin. Well done.
  16. Hey, if just want in something that looks good, I say go for it. If the Detroit V12 fit in a truck, why wouldn't the Allison. I'm sure you can make it look right. Heck, your makin your own V12 anyway. Go for it man.
  17. Here's a link to my pics from the recent truck show I attended. Just to keep the show truck bug bitin.
  18. If only had the money, and lived where you do, there are a few I'd like to save from that yard.
  19. That is a nice truck. You've definitely got an eye for the custom trucks. I have the issue of 10-4 Magazine that it was the cover feature. If you don't already know, tenfourmagazine.com is an excellent source for custom truck inspiration and refrence pics. Here's a link to the article on this truck. http://www.tenfourmagazine.com/2013/11/cover-features/bilt-to-be-noticed/
  20. Nice start. This is gonna be good.
  21. Thanks Terry. Guess I burned myself out on big trucks. So maybe a few pickups and cars will heal my truck motivation. I'm having fun on these 2 pickup builds.
  22. That never made sense to me. Why do vehicle manufacturers, let these companies fix up new vehicles, only to crush them. I think the aftermarket needs to Stacey David's stance on it, DON'T DO IT. He quit building these factory builds, only to have them crushed. I too thought the Viper ended production once before. But then again, so did the Camaro.
