  1. Has the 2005 Ford F-150 been kitted? thanks, Pat
  2. Changed the wheels for something more appropriate. the parts bin engine is taking shape. Meanwhile I am experimenting with different paints on plastic spoons to try to avoid the last ordeal.
  3. Chevrolet 427 hot rodded with MSD induction.
  4. Wonderful collection and background.
  5. Second spacer has been added. driveshaft lengtened to match.
  6. Love it!!!!!
  7. Cut along a flat surface to have a nice mating surface for the spacer. Tacked the first one on. It just might catch it. Maybe 2 more millimeters.
  8. In real life, the 41 has a 114" wheelbase whereas the 40 has a 112" wheelbase. In AMT land it looks like a bit more. An adjustment will be necessary. Cut the "hump' to clear the wagon's rear cargo floor.
  9. I was supposed to do the next one out of the box, go figure. Anyway, it turns out the donor car has no engine so into the bin I go. I thought of using the engine in the sedan delivery but I remembered I have other plans for it.
  10. Man oh man! This is pure joy to watch.

  14. Boy, that brings back memories. My uncle had purchsed the visible V8 and we all built it together with my cousins. That must have been around 62-63 something like that.
  15. Comme ça? I don't have one and I wonder if it was ever kitted.
  16. ?
  17. Absolutely. How do I switch it?
  18. I opened a 58 Thunderbird box labelled "1941 Ford Woody" and it contained the body of the woody (eBay) and a 39/40 coach (old build) which will serve as a donor. There is also some woodgrain decals from Uschi van der Rosten. I'll try to do it justice.
  19. Ford 4.6L Triton truck engine. SOHC V8, 4.6L/220 hp.
