  1. Welcome to the forum! If you have any questions, don't be afraid, just ask them.
  2. I would've loved to have that Superbird!
  3. That'll be cool!
  4. Very very very nice! Great job!
  5. A week ago, I saw a mid 2000-ish convertible Corvette parked in a parking lot away from everyone else. And sitting on the car, where 3 crows. Two of them were pecking at the seats and the other one was ripping the rubber from the front wiper!
  6. Very cool. A metallic charcoal grey would look awesome on those wheels.
  7. Cool amusement ride! Just make the guy you hire to set it up has all his fingers and teeth!
  8. I would really really really like the '69 Elco. That would be awesome.
  9. I think that is the stuff they spray on to get the chrome to stick. You can spray primer over it and it'll be okay. But don't try to paint directly over it, it'll give you fisheyes and the paint will never dry. But I guess Sam's Club Commercial Floor Stripper works?
  10. Bryon for your first time detailing a engine, this is really really really good. And don't worry about the brake lines! We're talking about the Duke boys!
  11. Is the dash Alcaded or BMF? Or is that just silver paint?
  12. Spray around at 35 fps and keep the `airbrush from 6-9 inches away from the model. And let the paint pile up on the model, but give it time between coats, so the paint doesn't run. And make sure the paint is thin so it's not all speckly when you spray it.
  13. Great work Mark! When will this one be wrapped up? Close?
  14. Hmm... Wonder how it got all that mud on it? Great job Chuck!
  15. Awesome! Will the engine be behind the driver or in front? I'm only sort-of-kind-of familiar with these kinds of boats..
  16. Looking forward for the boot to be hung! Those hinges are tiny!
  17. Good to see a different Musty every now and then! Good job.
  18. Some good looking models! The silver musty.. Do the doors open on that? The plymouth is my favorite! What kit is that?
  19. Huh. Interesting how people buy cars and then never drive them...
  20. Great job! As for polishing, I'm pretty sure something like turtle wax will work. Test it on something else than the model, maybe a plastic spoon.
  21. Great job, very convincing!
