Outstanding work, truly outstanding.

Ive watched loads of the older pocher kits being built the, original pocher kits were well detailed but not very accurate and the fit was awful. I'm on the modelspace forum (actually won member of the year one year) I'm sure you made a good decision didn't want to mention it before as I didn't want to seem like I was trying to influence your decision.

The pocher lambo has had a few mixed ratings on quality and fit. I don't know if they are right but I have built the 1/4 Ducati Panigale I have to say the fit of parts was great it did lack detail, i bought the upgrade sets and the upgraded decals also Paul Coos DVD and still had to add loads more detail to it. The long and short of what I'm saying is pocher (or hornby as they bought pocher) are not as detailed as they could and should be especially at the huge 1/4 scale. When you pay £600 for a kit you shouldn't then have to pay £200 more to detail it up. It seemed mostly to be penny pinching, most of the electrical connectors are moulded in the kit but no holes for the wires, they could have included an array of different thicknesses of wire and it would have cost them pennies per kit but improved the kit immeasurably and the rad which on the finished bike is very visible is awful (I bought pe to go over the plastic) (cost £ 11.00) see what I mean penny pinching. Anyway back to the original question, I've not built a deagostini kit but I've watched a few built and what I've seen they look like great kits, they certainly look better than my Ducati.

Hi all I started this a while ago it's the kit with a cabriolet and a saloon in the same kit. I had seen pictures where a DS 19 had been converted to a car transporter then I saw a picture where a DS 19 was carrying a DS19 cabriolet and so this build began. I hacked the saloon model about to make the car transporter and am building the cabriolet as it is (I'm adding what details my meagre ability can) (those opening doors were a nightmare) there are 2 tiny pins with corresponding holes in the inner door skins which have the hooks for the hinges in the door posts thing is if you put the doorskin in those pins the chrome trim won't align and the door droops so what I ended up doing was using liquid cement on the joins hanging the inner door then putting the outer skin up to it and using clamps to hold them in place till the glue sets.

That looks awesome

Hi all I don't have access to a big American car so have had to loosely, and I mean loosely base this on the biggest car I have access to ( my bosses 340sl merccedes)( would have preferred his rolls royce) I've had to be creative with the measurements and this is very simplified, just a framework tho add suspension struts to and stuff. It is purely to allow me to add some of the many engine connections a couldn't add with the supplied stand. I may not even use this, but and this is a big but, if it looks ok and I can find plans for it maybe I will try to scratch a full 1/6 car to put it in.

Amazing detail work.

Amazing work so far.

Hi all I've been eagerly awaiting this since I ordered it with my birthday money and it's finally here It's beautifully packaged, feels like a high quality product. Nothing is attached to sprues it's all in little bags The one little gripe I have with it is Revell partly assemble it for you like this for instance There are a few other parts pre assembled. Problem is the engine block is cast so I've got to find a way to disassemble it to make the cast effect on the block, as you can see it looks far too shiney and smooth as it is. The kit looks great, i think they made 4 in this series some are no longer in production but I'm going to try and get the full set (I will have to eBay for the rest)

Not looked in for a long time, glad i did that is most impressive.

Superb build -
Apparently it happens on candy colours on full size cars as well I've been informed someone had a candy paint scheme on their car and after a few months it faded on one side which was the side in the sun in the car port.

Hi all for those of you who use these colours DO NOT LEAVE THEM IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT Here is my Traction Avant after very little time in the sun, it went from this. To this And it's not confined to candy orange this is how the red looks after the same period in the sun
