    Big block powered El Caminos and Chevelle SS with the F-41 suspensions sit up a tat higher than the lo-po small block powered ones.. So yeah, raise it if you must!...

    I also worked on a pair of slicks from the Revell '41 Willys gasser kit... Here I used a combo foam sponge/scotchbrite pad I got from dollar tree... these were 5 for a buck... I worked on one slick for about a minute and is is how it turned out.... Notice the difference????

    How's about a 1/12 scale Revell '69 Camaro SS/RS 396 convertible with all the options?????..... I'd buy at least 4 of those....?? Even better with a 4-speed....??

    As stated before.... The quick and easy method is to twist the tires back and forth (while pressing down) on a piece of scotchbrite... At least try it on a spare tire and then compare the results next to one that hasn't been touched... Your gonna love it!.? Then do the emeryboard thing with with the tire treads...??

    Awesome!... I'd send some pictures to Revell along with some notes on how you went about building this gem....?? Maybe they'll toss the idea around to release this kit.. Heck, I'd buy a couple...?

    I have a can of that.. Have you tried using a gloss black basecoat and then spray the chrome over that????... I should give that a try tomorrow and see how it works....?

    Yep! Same as the trailer in the amt "Diamond in the Rough" kit....? I have one here that's molded in a dark Grey or silver...
