I just recycled a bunch of Folgers coffee containers and still have a few more... I was thinking of making a metal basket with a screen on the bottom that will fit inside the coffee container.... That would be great for stripping paint or mold release off small parts... -

I should start on the Revell '69 ZL-1 kit and save the body for last till the new kit comes out... I plan on using the custom interior from the convertible kit.. I hope it fits without any mods...???- 91 replies

I have 2 of the roadster kits. One is from the first release and one of each from the new release.. Guess I'm going to have to check all 3.... Hope they're ok...

There you go!!!!. I stocked up on a "few" of those when they were $10 bucks each from Miejers.... The blower setups are very cool for other Revell Chevy big block cars.... Nova, Camaro, Chevelles.... The possibilities are endless!... ??

That's right because some folks would load up the back with some heavy loads... The SS version did have a pair of heavy duty rear coil springs.. Probably from the Malibu or Chevelle station wagons... -

I have one mounted on my Dremel drill press....? Here's what one looks like.... The head tilts 90° degrees for some side drilling... or milling with an 1/8 inch (.125") end mill... there are smaller end mills also.. -
Revell should have done that with their '69 Dodge Daytona kit.... Oh, well...

A plastic tub with a lid and a gallon of Castrol Super Clean to soak the parts in. That removes all the mold release oil off the parts... -
