  1. Stop your complaining. That's $22 Australian which is about $19 US. You gotta pay to play!
  2. You can purchase them directly from Auslowe or possibly Sourkrauts Model Parts may stock them. I suggested to Nigel that he offer Western Star shields, but he kinda blew me off. I'm sure if he gets enough requests he would have them made. http://www.auslowe.com.au/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=982&category_id=42&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=27 https://www.facebook.com/?ref=logo#!/photo.php?fbid=206866892806099&set=pb.174483366044452.-2207520000.1393000221.&type=3&theater
  3. Great! I'm gonna need some cookies.
  4. I said retail. I paid $43 for mine.
  5. 45 year old AMT truck kits have 250 parts. The Moebius Lonestar and Prostar have over 300 parts and retail for $70. Nice try.
  6. LOL! Evidentally you don't build big rig models.
  7. I still have the original 670 and 780 unbuilt from when Testors was the US distributor of Italeri. I have the Stralis and I will get the updated Hi-Way. I am still hoping Italeri will have some new American kits to announce later on this year.
  8. Wow, nobody has thought to make a thread about this.
  9. More likely Italeri would do a Freightliner. They have a Freightliner/Daimler license.
  10. Not my "cup-of-tea", but it will be intersting to see who whines about paying "U.S. MSRP North of $45-50" when a big rig kit with twice as many parts cost only a few dollars more than that. I bet this will be out before the Moebius Ford kit.
  11. Powerful!
  12. Someone complaining about the price of a resin kit that everyone says they want.
  13. The Ford Aeromax 106 is a reissue first offered around 1996. The engine is a Cummins NTC 400, which dates back to Italeri's first US truck kit that was first issued in the mid 1980s, the Freightliner FLC 120, which was recently reissued by Italeri.
  14. Wonderful museum quality representation. Is that a 6 cylinder diesel engine?
