  1. Beautiful work, Bruno! Excellent paint job.
  2. Fine work, Krishna!
  3. Very nice job, Brett!
  4. Great looking build, John!
  5. Yep, nice collection indeed!
  6. Both are very nice builds. Love the color choices!
  7. You do really nice work, Wayne!
  8. Very, VERY nice, Darryl..! Love the spokes and the detailing is just right. Fine build, Sir!
  9. Real nice, Michael! What aftermarket wire wheels did you use? They look great.
  10. Glad to see you're putting in your due diligence on the research, Brad. Looks like it'll be an awesome model..!
  11. Wow, Jeff! That came out beautifully!! Real nice detailing and the paint and decal work is top shelf. Congratulations!
  12. Mike, you could scratchbuild those pretty easily with some evergreen rod.
  13. Nice job, Ace! I think it turned out really well.
  14. Really cool build going on here, Niko. With your skills, I know it'll turn out great!
  15. Thanks Chris. Much appreciated, my friend!
  16. Flashpoint stopped making their slicks unfortunately, but Comp Resins has a set of M&H Racemaster slicks that are similar in dimensions to the kit tires.
  17. Really nice job, Ron!
  18. Really nice build, Hakan. The stance on this one is just right.
  19. Thanks Steve! You know that I feel the same way about all of your builds too.
  20. Nice progress, Ron. I like the unusual, and a Hornet promod is certainly that!
  21. Thanks again guys! James, I think the tin I used was some leftover roof flashing I decided to keep just in case I might be able to use it sometime. Looks like all that hoarding of seemingly useless stuff paid off for once!
  22. This is the same technique I used on the Rambunctious Charger. Works like a charm.
  23. This is 1320Wayne's PDF tutorial on lowering a Revell funnycar. I hope this will help. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?app=core&module=attach&section=attach&attach_id=12334
  24. Thanks guys! Glenn - yes, I used the 1320Wayne tried-and-true method of raising the axle mounts, the body hinge and lowering the roll cage to achieve the lowered stance.
  25. Thanks fellas! Charlie, yes...it's a 1/25th scale. The base kit is the Snowman Charger. I don't see this decal on the Slixx website anymore, but I'm sure there are plenty floating around out there at swap meets. I have some of your braided line, but I'm still learning how to strip the ends off of them correctly. Don't worry, I'll keep on trying cuz I think it's the best stuff out there! Ken, I had a few pieces that broke cleanly. With a little work, I was able to get them lined up again. Working with decals that old (without a backup) is pretty nerve-wracking!
