    Saw this gorgeous Burnt Orange 70 GTX,up at a parking lot when i went and picked up dinner.I had to get a closer look along with some others drooling over it too.?

    Ah cars,ya love em, ya hate ‘em..I was driving mine all around a couple of weeks ago,not really turning it off too much.Stopped at a few stores,and I went to a friend’s house,buy he wasn’t home.So then i left to pick up dinner for the family at a pizza joint.I turned the motor for only a few moments.Grab the grub..I get back in the car,and click,click..Ok,so about 4,or 5 months ago,the battery took a dump,and i guess trying to turn it over to start it,I might have killed the starter.And of course,yes the starter took a dump..I was at shopping center,& the nearest shop was only a half mile down the road..It was pretty late so i decided to leave it in the shopping center,and called AAA in the morning,which i did.Then they brought it shop down the street…But I guess it could’ve been worse,I could’ve been a lot further away from friend’s shop,or my house..Blaaaahhh.?

    Yup there sure were a lot of nice cars,but like i said,that was the final show,and now winter will be here in no time.Blah!!!

    Yea but i spent too much money on a bunch of other items,(not shown)?.Stuff i really didn’t need,but what the heck.

    Yea lots of great cars,but i still gotta go with the 70 Plum crazy Purple Road Runner,i.And i gotta admit,i really liked the green Pinto.IDK why,maybe cause a cute girl owned,it..It was all original,and i believe it had below 20,000 original miles

    Wasn’t sure where to post this,but i finally finished restoring my 03 KTM 640 Adventure motorcycle.The carb still needs a little tweaking,but for the most part it’s done.I love rally/cross country bikes.Eg.(Dakar Rally).I Found this Redbull decal sheet on line.Not easy putting it on,that’s for sure.I plan on getting a new seat as well.Great bike,and fast,just tough finding parts for it.

    Nope cancelled again for this year.Spoke to the president of the club.He confirmed it.Now that’s three years in a row.The president stated he did not have enough volunteers for the show..I gotta think though, it had something again to do with Covid.See ya next year,2023,I hope.

    Well I just found out that there was only one winning Powerball ticket sold in CA,in last nights drawing for $2+ billion dollars.One ticket,probably a millionaire.Arrrgggg??????

    Yea the Fed driving the airport stretch limo was fast with that gun.Sal remember,you just gotta keep that gun pointed up,we don’t want any accidents.You ready to get out,i’m ready,then bang,Sal takes one right between the eyes.Such a great movie.

    Yea for some reason,i really liked the Pinto too.You don’t see them on the road anymore.The woman who owned it was so nice.The car was all original,including the paint,and it had really low miles on it.She got second place in her class.

    Yup,so I got it from the club’s president that for the third year in a row the LIARS(Long Island Auto Replica Society)model show/swap meet,contest,got axed..I think the venue,a rec center,wanted the show that is held the second weekend in November,in their gymnasium cause of Covid.The president claimed he was unable to get enough volunteers,who really knows.?‍♂️Just sucks.?

    Welp the last show of the season..Great show,probably 350-400 really nice cars showed for the final Fall LI car show.Why not,it was about 75-80 degrees.Enjoy the pix.For me,my vote IMO for the best car at the show,and there were a lot of really nice cars,this was just a few..But for me,I thought the 70 Plum Crazy Purple Road Runner was a dream car of mine,and should’ve gotten best in show..??And then at 5 O clock,the show ended,it was dark out,(Day light savings),bla.?.And everybody just split all at once.

    Ahhh???So i’m shaving,i take off my eye glasses off,and snap,the frame breaks..The glasses cost my a lot of $$,and they are only a year old.So now i had to tape the arm,so the lens doesn’t come out.And of course i didn’t have a back up pair.Welp now i’ve got to get a new frame.Only problem is since they broke after the year was up,November 1st,making the warranty to get a new frame no charge,has passed.???
