  1. Such a great color.
  2. Utterly bored out of my mind here lately, I've decided to start getting the body of this one ready for paint. Color will be Testors Star Spangled Blue lacquer (I have four cans of the stuff, so why not). As is customary for me, this will be curbside, using stock wheels and AMT tires.
  3. No doubt. Photos are always good. Given the quality of the work done by Steve, he'll probably bring home several awards.
  4. Oh yes, a classic beauty, no doubt about it.
  5. Oops, didn't realize it was a pad. Glad it straightened itself out though.
  6. You might try a hard refresh of the page (Ctrl/F5), and see if that works.
  7. I had always assumed you were older than that. Enjoy it while you can, it goes by quick. (Yesterday I was 18, now I'm 62).
  8. Several years ago, I chased down a small pile of Famous Monsters magazines that I had owned as a youngster, some old war comics too, as well as all of the Slow Death magazines from the old head shop days.
  9. Yep. I had read all 28 pages, and didn't see her mentioned (I really need a life), so chased down an image. She was such an elegant looking woman when she was in her prime.
  10. I've been a Firefox user for several years now (currently using 46.0.1), and have very few issues. I keep Chrome as a backup, just in case, but have never had to use it.
  11. As a child she was cute, as a woman she was stunning.
  12. You're only 18? I am so jealous.
  13. I like it just fine. I've got several Hasegawa and Tamiya 1:48 Mustangs to finish one of these days, I hope mine turn out as nice.
  14. Thanks, Terry. I missed this show too, unfortunately. Perhaps in October,...
  15. I'm not sure that I ever would have, were it not for you saying most remember her as a blond.
  16. I think it's Ellie May Clampett.
  17. And don't forget her sister, va va voom!
  18. While not nearly as dramatic as a new car (I certainly can't afford one anyway), I have been slowly acquiring all of the individual components for a new PC that I'm building, the latest part to arrive being this direct contact CPU cooler.
  19. Indeed it was. But when she was in full bloom, oh my.
  20. Several things I had as a kid that I'd like to have again; James Bond Attache case, Man from U.N.C.L.E. briefcase, Wham-O Super Ball (carded), Rat Patrol set and a Blue and Gray set. I'm sure there are others, but I need to think on it.
  21. I saw a really sweet '56 Chevy this last Sunday, but had no camera with me.
  22. Not a car, but still a '77 F-150
  23. The vast majority of car models that I've purchased in the last year or so (not really all that many, maybe twenty or so), have been purchased at HL. This Saturday I'll be snatching yet another, assuming they have anything I'm really interested in.
  24. 62, going on 18.
