I think I would stay with the colors you have already used, and maybe add a red pinstripe for a color break . But like someone has said earlier. It is your model, build it your way. And have fun with it ! You are doing some nice work here keep it up. Be Well Gator

Jim, That is one really fine looking model, given that you were 12 when you built it.And that it has survived this long! Aside from tucking in the rear wheels. I would leave it alone. Pat, I like this project and your build philosophy ! The bed might well look a bit oversize if installed on that year truck. i think it looks good. like someone had an old truck and needed a bed. Went to the salvage yard and got a deal on the newer style bed. Be Well Gator
