What would be better balsa or basswood, imo I like balsa better, but haven't tried basswood, btw its for a 1/8th scale deuce coupe project

Update: okay so guys hers the update, couldn't get a nice piece of trim for a decent price (people must think they are solid gold!) So instead I got it pinstriped for her and shes loves it anyways, plus it was only $60 with some of the money going towards shriners hospitals! you can hardly even see it with the fulton visor anyways, so oh well, plus its only a driver. When it comes to supplies, I go to my LHS, i.e today I went to get balsa for my 1/8 Deuce project, and ended up buying $30 of styrene, oh well, at least I have the balsa for the deuce

so I bought this at the local antiques mall for $15 bucks and since it's a curbside it will be a very easy build (hopefully) Here's the box, The seats cracked when I was trimming them so I slapped some putty on there Here's the seats with the roll bar, it will have a bar in between the seats Heres the parts in primer And my first choice for paint, I think I will just paint it black

So I put a bid on these kits because first, its a good deal, second, the kits look sweet. Can anyone identify what these kits are? I think the GT40 is an AMT (Not sure 100%, more like 2%)

Update: Just finished buying a Hemi Dart Kit, thing is, im going to use the 440, so I can use the hemi and 4 speed for something else. All our racecars are wedge powered, so ill use it for a hot rod. will buy barracuda after paycheck comes in, that's 2 weeks of work just for spending it all on models oh well its worth it. Bad thing is, the barracuda is a tube chassis car sooooooo lots of work for it

I have decided on making a replica of my '68 dart with a 440 and a 727, the thing is, I bought Billet specialties (see image) and cannot (with my old brain :P) find these. anyone know what kit or aftermarket supplier has these. Thanks in advance Oh and they are 15 inches, with the back ones having 10.5 slicks on it and moroso frontrunners up front
